A totally professional, yet friendly service from knowledgeable staff.
It was my first dealings with this Company and I found them very helpful, very friendly ,professional and very experienced. I felt that they went out of their way to give good advice, reassurance and to help in any way that they could in my recent house purchase. They clearly knew the market within their catchment area and were a pleasure to deal with.
I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them in the future.

Could not fault the support
Could not fault the support from the whole Spence Willard team. My Mum's house sale was difficult but we got there in the end. A particular thank you to Lesley who is a really special lady.

We purchased a house here on the Isle…
We purchased a house here on the Isle of Wight through the Yarmouth office. From our first visit to picking up the keys, Spence Willard - in the shape of Lesley Samson - were really helpful and friendly.
We were allowed time to really look around the property and given information as soon as we asked for it. There was no ‘pressure selling’.
We would certainly use Spence Willard as and when we sell.
