Online store is completely useless. Clicked on Running, then Shoes, Then Running and the website took me back to shoes in general. Picked NB, Running didn't even show up, just Tennis, Basketball, and something else. Clearance, also useless. None of the shoes were available at my store or even nearby stores AND NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE. So you have an online store that shows shoes for sale, but you don't sell them online. I hope this store figures out a fix for this (ridiculous). This is why I don't shop ONLINE WITH SPORTCHEK.

***A customer service manager tried to shut me up with a $50 Canadian Tire voucher for leaving me without a stroller!***

I ordered a Thule Coaster XT bike trailer / stroller that was at a great price. I was sent the wrong trailer (much cheaper, not convertible - not suitable for the purpose I bought the trailer for.) When called to the customer service, firstly the representative named Derek was rude when I didn't understand his question. Secondly I was told that I will be given the money back, but I will have to spend my time sending the wrong item back (this massive box sitting in my living rom that I need to take to the Purolator office myself now), spend my time on the phone sorting getting this return organized and I should just go buy the replacement elsewhere as they run out of the ones I ordered. and they are not willing to do anything to replace the item I didn't get as they no longer have an exact same model and they are not willing to upgrade. The item arrived damaged and the wrong model. Pretty appalled with the service from start to finish.

Prices they have on some items are double than other stores or original brand name store.
Example:
They Have Pelican - Boracay Premium Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board for $559

and Amazon.ca have same for $279

Ok I should have read reviews before ordering. Ordered a pair of boots on Feb 15, still no updates and purolator has not even picked them up from the store in Sudbury On!!!! Not impressed at all. If you can buy from a store instead of from the online portal...you may or may not see your product even though I paid full price on Sat when on sale online everywhere else!!!! Sportchek needs to improve their shipping and customer service big time.

Ordered a clothing product online. They sent me the wrong size. The SKU is (a week after order) no longer listed; and there are no comparable products. I'm stuck with a thing that I didn't order and have to now drive to a physical location to return. I don't have a car. Rotten service. Won't order from them again.

I was sent a used pair of running shoes, with gravel still wedged in the soles. I called and eventually they refunded without me having to go to store, so they made it right. But that was only after my complaining. Whats the point of online shopping when they send crap and want you to go to store for return. But I will not buy from them again. It was awful . What moron thinks sending used shoes is a good idea. Sending store in Brampton ontario.

Ordered a pair of sneakers online with the black Friday sales for an Xmas present sent half a ripped up box in a plastic bag looked like someone's returned shoes. What moron at sport chek thought that was acceptable to send out especially at Xmas time!!!!!! ridiculous and Im appalled!!!

I ordered shoes for my daughter for Christmas I received the wrong size so I contacted sport chek, they told me I would have to go to a courier and mail them back and wait for a return, if I still wanted these shoes I would have to go on and purchase a second pair. I received the second pair and AGAIN the wrong size! Now they are saying I have to go back and mail these ones back as well and purchasd a THIRD pair if I still want these shoes and wait for them to receive the other two pairs back before they will issue me a return. These are a Christmas present and on my daughter's list so I wanted to get them for her this is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure you check your receipt before you leave the store. I clearly said no when I was asked by the cashier about a donation but they took it anyways. (BTW I have no issues with making donation - I have issues with large companies making a donation on my behalf and then claiming the tax benefit at the expense of their customers.) When I was given my money back in the form of a gift card, they stole it again when the online site crashed and my order was never processed. Customer service was no help even though the issue was "escalated".

"SportChek at Richmond Centre needs to step up their customer service. I visited recently to look for running shoes and found most of the staff were too busy chatting or on their phones to help customers. At one point, they even walked away while I was talking to them. It felt like they didn't want any customers! Disappointing experience, to say the least."

Twice I bought shoes at Sports Check at Limerige mall on Hamilton. They have EXCELLENT customer service really helpful staff at the desk. Had an issue with a pair of shoes I bought online and they were VERY accommodating and helpful. AWESOME place!!!!

This review is in regards to the service I received from Cagla over at the sport chek in Metrotown in Vancouver BC. I especially like to write reviews when I receive excellent customer service. Cagla answered all my questions, was very polite and accommodating and had a smile on the whole time. So I really appreciated that. Thanks again

This company is just horrible. 3x they shipped the wrong size of rainsuit to us. All times i had to return it via canada post and do the legwork. Customer service is half baked. Nope.

Misleading advertising. Prince Pickleball Set including Net & Paddles is NOT regulation size Net, its only a half width, good for practice only!

The customer service at SportCheck is the worst. I tried to purchase a pair of shoes from them, but when it went out for delivery, it got returned because they didn't know which unit to drop it off at. They could have easily contacted me, but they didn't. I tried ordering again, and this time the order was cancelled, and when I called them, they said it was their error and that I'd have to go buy it in-store only.

Additionally, I had a promotion code that I got earlier due to a similar issue, but when I tried using it in the store, they said it was only for online purchases. Why would they give me a promo code for online shopping when they knew I couldn't order online? I tried calling them back, but the customer service was terrible, and they were not understanding at all.

Now, I can't go buy the item in the store with the promo code, and I can't place any order online. It's a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend SportCheck to anyone.

They were very understanding and accommodating when Canada Post lost my order. Much appreciated.

I gave SportChek a 1-star rating because of their reliance on Purolator for delivering their online items.
I paid for delivery. I incurred the charges.
And, twice now, for two separate items, Purolator stated they attempted to contact me for delivery and both times I was unavailable.
Not true.
On both occasions I was available. This recent time, I stayed home because the item required a signature. Had Purolator bothered to buzz I could have easily let them into the building as the buzzer comes directly to my phone.
When speaking with Purolator's customer service, we arranged for the item to be dropped off at a location within walking distance from my home.
This morning I received notification from Purolator that my package is available at a DIFFERENT location than agreed upon. A location which is out of my way and one I must drive to.
Did I mention that I PAID for home delivery???
Definitely not impressed.
Going forward it will definitely impact any decision to purchase from SportChek as long as they have an alliance with Purolator.
