Sian has been amazing from start to finish with the service/ updates. She ensured she was expediting an urgent order for us and always keeping me in the loop.She also helped to improve the lead-time where sh e could and helped us deliver this product to us on the same day.

Great customer service again from Springpack. Every member of staff I've spoken to or emailed has been great over the years. Especially Emma, who has been quick to respond, efficient and friendly. If only every company I dealt with was as pleasant as Springpack!

Amazing Company To Deal With
We changed all of our packaging supplies to Springpack and its the best thing we have ever done. Their customer service is second to none and nothing is ever too much for them. Special Thanks must go to Roy, Glenn and Charlotte who I have dealt with the most and they are a fantastic team who certainly go the extra mile to make sure our packaging needs are met. Springpack also made huge improvements to our packaging performance with the installation of some overhead machines which really have made us more efficient. Couldn't recommend them highly enough

We have been buying consumables from Springpack for years. we have always received a fantastic service and excellent communication from our Account Manager, Sian Burton.
