I had to chase this order several times…
I had to chase this order several times and told one item not available yet they never contacted me to inform me of this. Promised a call back and never received one so had to call again. Also delivery not delivered on the date they advised me on the phone. Products are amazing but service needs improvement.

Easy to order and quick delivery. The terrarium is superb and was delivered intact. I wish the terrarium had a liner though but other than that its lovely.

Excellent website and attentive customer service.
Ordered and paid for an item that eventually couldn’t find in their warehouse. What a lovely apologetic email I received from Stone The Crows… they couldn’t have been more apologetic and almost immediately refunded me and updated their website. That is excellent customer service !
