Ordered a large vase and unfortunately it arrived damaged . The manager was extremely helpful and sent a replacement straight away which turned up in perfect condition.

Item received broken in two
Item received broken in two, emailed 3x times and used the contact us page on website with no response has left me with a damaged item.
No contact phone number to call makes it difficult to get a resolution to a problem. Company appears to have poor customer service.

Unable to fulfill order
Ordered in stock items and paid on the 9 May, received an email on 15 May unable to fulfill my order, full refund will be given no mention of the other item ordered. I purchase many items from the Leamington store, this was the first time on line and the last. I am very disappointed.
