I spoke to Nga in the Service centre about retrieving my Stratco member number prior to placing an order. Not only did she provide my member number, but processed my order, helped me use my Stratco credit, and pointed me in the direction of a discount that I was not aware of. Superstar service from Nga in the Service Centre.

The shelves were very easy to find online and the ordering process was good. The staff were very helpful when I came to pick them up.

They were easy to put together and my carport now looks much tidier.

Stratco Fyshwick were amazing with customer service. Alys was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the products. We were purchasing a large patio roof and Alys was fabulous in organising this to happen. Also, Saul was the guy who delivered the product last week. He had driven to Canberra from Sydney. He was absolutely fantastic in delivering the various components safely and professionally. It was a pretty tight area that he had to place the components onto (and they were huge and very heavy!). He even helped us move our car with a flat battery that was in the way. And even though it was really hard yakka he smiled the whole time and was such a lovely guy!

The Guys at the dandenong Branch were very helpful with my click and collect , even loading the product in to my car.

Our engagement with Stratco for the purchase and delivery of our large metal storage cabinets was seamless and hassle-free. The goods delivered were as advertised and of the highest quality. The cabinets were easy to assemble and are strong and quite robust.

A great product that lives up to expectations.
The written instructions are not very helpful other than helping confirm you have all the bits! However, the assembly video is excellent and makes assembly a breeze.

Stratford had the metal privacy screens we were looking for at a very good price. We were notified of the delivery quickly, kept up to date. The screens were delivered to our door within three days of placing the order.

It was great to see the assembled product at the shop.Ordered online on special,had to be delivered.
All good,the only disappointment was receiving promotional material a week later with the price dropped a further $200.

Ordered fencing it was delayed because of a powder coating issue so our contractor started another job . No phone call the fencing was dumped on my synthetic grass when there was obviously a driveway.when .we said we wanted it moved off the lawn we were met with you can remove it easily yourself it only weighs 69 k, bit hard when my husband is on a walking frame, poor customer service

Steve from Stratco gave a courtesy call 5mins prior delivery my shed, he was down to earth and very professional. The shed has arrived in perfect condition, and he went above and beyond to place it exactly where I wanted, thanks Steve, now just got to put it together.

How good is Steve (Stratco driver)? Setting up garage multiple Stratco workbenches, shelving, cabinets.
Steve calls me to let me know he had of delivery items and would make the delivery with the next 30 minutes, on arrival the pallet of purchases placed just where I needed.

Steve from Straco delivered my shed professionally. His attention to detail ensured the shed arrived in perfect condition, and he went above and beyond to place it exactly where I wanted.

Delivered on time and easy to assemble.
Covers our aircon unit perfectly.

Steve was very helpful rang to let us know he was on his way. ensured he was delivering to the right unit rather then just dumping it and running. Complete opposite to our last experience.

A promotion was advertised for an in store sale of up to 75% off on 13th April 2024. 20% off was offered on colourbond fencing products however when trying to make a purchase it was evident that only 7.75% discount was actually being honoured rather than the 20% advertised. If you shopped here on 13th April check your dockets and make sure you actually received the advertised discount correctly. If anybody else has had a similar issue regarding this sale on 13th April 2024 with this item or any other item please consider raising your concerns with Stratco in writing to a given email address, and then elevating to the ACCC if necessary. You will need to call Stratco to get the email address for a customer service manager. I can't share it here.

The online ordering was so simple and delivery within 3 days was amazing. Will have no problem ordering from stratco again absolutely brilliant

Wanted to do a phone order with someone else picking it up for me. Staff on the phone were very helpful and made the purchase easy and hassle free. Would highly recommend using phone order if you need to.
