Quality chair, perfect lumbar support necessary for my spinal issues. The chair swivels, rocks and reclines so you can always be in a comfortable position and the matching footstool is a perfect addition. I opted for fabric covering and it is perfect for me. It was delivered slightly earlier than the time I was given. Delivery was excellent and Stressless provided me with the answers to all my questions, sent me fabric samples that helped me make my decision. I
They are not cheap chairs but definitely worth every penny spent and even better I got it in the sale. Would highly recommend.

We first found Stressless chairs in an accommodation we stayed in for a UK holiday, and we knew we had to buy them for our home! The chairs are so comfortable, and there was a good choice of size, base and colours. Best chairs we have ever purchased, and with a 10 year guarantee, it is easy to see and feel the quality and craftsmanship!

I have been after one of these chairs for around 25 years, Why did I wait so long. Ordered a dove grey, Consul chair with foot stool and table.Unfortunately wrong Colour was delivered first time, but that was cheerfully rectified to the correct colour.so comfy. Don't wait just get the chair.

I purchased a leather sofa, chair and footstool from Stressless via one of their stockists. The furniture is extremely comfortable and the quality and finish are exceptional.

We purchased a Stressless Paloma 2-seater electric recliner settee for £5K+ through Hunters of Derby and received item 3rd February 2026. Payment was made in full prior to delivery. On the 4th day, I contacted Hunters as the settee had a fault on the left side cushion pad. An agent for Stressless came 10 days later, declined to sit on the settee to experience the issue, but visually examined it stating there was nothing wrong, claiming Stressless would say the customer preferred to sit on that side of the settee resulting in the compression of the cushion pad filling!! We had only had the item for 4 days!! Stressless declined to rectify it and sent a report to Hunters stating this. Hunters came to see the settee, stating he couldn't see anything wrong with it, in spite of me telling him that everyone who had sat on the sofa had made the same comment of something being wrong with the cushion pad. Hunters agreed to have the settee cushion pad "repaired", by replacing the filling at their expense. The earliest this filling was available from Stressless was middle of May. Totally unacceptable!! Should be called "Stressful". Product not worth the money. I would advise anyone considering buying this to look elsewhere for a better product. Now waiting to have settee repaired so we can use it. :-(

The delivery men were very good. They gave the chairs a thorough inspection and pointed out a couple of possible problems.

Lovely chairs, superbly comfortable. Minor issue with broken glide ring which rather took the shine off the purchase. On the positive side repairs were quickly arranged.

Too early to say about wearability but the quality looks very good and when delivered it was well packaged.

Having only had the sofa for 6 days the leather is all wrinkled. I Have contact furniture shop where I bought this sofa they stated that this was normal. I do not agree after only 6 days use in a single person home. Further action will be taken. Photos available.
