Worst place to buy products, Do not buy anything from Studioproper
Worst service provider, Ordered a product in Dec-16, Still not received it, When I contacted via mail, they said they will dispatch in a week but still no update even after 2 weeks, please do not purchase anything from this Studio proper site, Even I will raise a complaint to Apple saying its the worst reseller, Planning to take it to next step as one of the guy suggested here, I will raise a complaint consumer trial at court.
Update: I received my product after 53 days, Which was promised to ship between 10-12 days, I still suggest not to go for this seller and get stuck like me.

Stay away!!
Made purchase MagSafe Duo 27/12/20. (States ships in 24 hours on website!) Emailed 03/01/21 to follow up on order. Received email back on the 04/01/21 advising it would be shipped by end of the week.
Emailed on the 13/01/21 to once again follow up- nothing. Emailed again 18/01/21 requesting an update or refund if not shipped- nothing.
Completely unprofessional! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!

Let the buyer beware. Do not deal with them.
This is my experience:
Placed and paid for an iPad on 27 November. The ad said “in stock” with 2-3 weeks delivery.
Received an email saying delivery now 6 January.
That date passed and no delivery.
Further email received saying item despatched and would provide tracking. No tracking details received.
Item finally delivered on 12 Jan. Tracking details received on 13 Jan !
Should have paid the extra $18 and bought from reputable retailer with immediate delivery
The invoice showed no company address or phone number.

Hi guys I’ve ordered 4 iPads and haven’t had a response to any emails.. from reading the reviews I see there are delays with Apple. Have they given you a time frame at all

I bought an Ipad 8th Gen as a Christmas present, which was meant to be dispatched on 16th December. Jason contacted me on the 16th to advise a delay by Apple. He then assisted me with cancelling my first order and purchasing one of their Ipad Airs that was already in stock. Not even 24hrs later and my new ipad arrived in Melbourne from Sydney!
I am so very happy and appreciative of Jason’s assistance. His communication was fantastic and my daughter will be thrilled with her Christmas present next week. Thank you so much!
dreadful lack of service
I enquired about a product and very quickly got an email response. Product ordered and paid for. No email contact from them re delivery. No phone number to call. Delivery date came and went. Weeks passed with many email requests from me and absolutely no acknowledgement/explanation form them. No customer service at all and no product delivery.

I ordered on the 13th of Dec. Add said 5-7 days delivery. As this is a very busy time of the year I just hoped that my order would arrive before Christmas. Many other things I mailed took a week or longer during the past 2 weeks. Received my order today. 3 Days only!. Was still waiting for the tracking details, but received it way ahead of time. 8th Gen iPad
I ordered an 8th Gen iPad and it said delivery in 2-3 weeks. I then read all of these negative reviews and began to panic. I sent a couple of emails with my concerns and asked for a refund. I received a response from Jason saying that it had been shipped and it arrived the next day! Excellent service. Thank you so much.

I placed an order of 2 ipads one for each of my kids, they sent one and said the other would be sent in the next week and that they try to get the product out asap even if only part of it, 4 weeks later no 2nd ipad and no resopnse to any emails. I'm absolutely furious 🤬, not to mention my upset kids 🤬

Feels like the SETI program over here...
I ordered a case for an iPad in May. They said shipping delays. Then they said COVID shutdown. Then they stopped answering my emails. I have called and emailed every channel they have open and radio silence. I just want my money back. I bought the same case on eBay for less money and got it in three days. BUT when I disputed the card transaction, somehow they were able to validate that and cancel my dispute. Is there life on Mars? Don't buy from these folks.
No Goods, No Customer Services
After buying a phone case back in May and not receiving it I set out to contact customer services. Several emails to different addresses were ignored and there is no phone number that you can call. As a result I reported to my credit card and the credit card refunded me. I wonder if they will reply to this comment or just ignore it as well.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
Ordered an iPad adapter over 6 weeks ago. After multiple attempts to contact the company via email, web chat, Facebook and Instagram, I finally got a reply on Instagram informing me of a refund. No apology or attempt to rectify the problem, just a straightforward refund. This now leaves me without the product I needed to use the other part of their till system. After further messages I finally got another response just saying that it was never dispatched and that's it!!!
I am just absolutely baffled that a supposed reputable company treats their customers this way. I won't be giving them my custom again.

Was nervous seeing all the negative reviews after placing my order. However, received the item in 2 days so can't complain.
Yes, I didn't have a tracking number but that was covered on the website and you pay for what you get.

Never received any goods.
Ordered a POS lock cable in May 2020 which was never sent. Emails have been ignored repeatedly and there is no phone number to call. Eventually I got a reply in August saying it was booked to be sent but the tracking link was never updated beyond "Parcel has been scheduled for pickup". Studio Proper have proceeded to ignore email requests asking for the product or a refund. They've left me chasing the money through my bank... a huge waste of time and money.
