They would be pretty if they stayed…
They would be pretty if they stayed put, but sadly they are just $800 in the trash.
The powered mounts fell off my wall ripping the paint with it. Sadly they didn't offer any mounting hardware. When I contacted Proper (when they finally replied) they offered no support or refunds; only suggesting that I buy a seemingly even more poorly designed product.

Purchased an iPad from this company and after speedy replies to my queries via email, I ordered my unit and within 48 hours item received. In such a competitive world of on line trading, this company wins my vote 👍👍👍😃 well done Jason.

Diabolical service - do not use
Diabolical service. Do not go near. Misleading website advertised one thing but then changed product once in cart without advising me. I noticed the discrepancy on the receipt and queried. No sensible response received (I suspect all responses were generic, automated and not specific to my case). Eventually I raised a dispute with PayPal who were quick to provide a refund to me having also been unable to get a sensible response from StudioProper. Even after the paypal refund (of which they have acknowledged to me), studioproper continue to send out nonsense response to me “hoping to resolve matters in the near future”. Useless.

Nothing received for more than 1 months
ordered ipad case on Sep 8th 2017
no dispatch notification, no shortage notification, no item arrival after 3 weeks. sent email for inquiry, customer rep replied and apology for back order and mentioned the product team is "working hard" to source it and will be sent asap.
Today: 10th Oct 2017, haven't heart from them since last email

Ordered and received in 3 days, love snapping my Proper case onto the magnetic mount disk beside my bed, and the Tilt stand I ordered is superb as well. Highly recommended!

Beautiful products, they work like magic!
The magnetic mounting system is ingenious, and means the Proper iPhone cases are super thin without any clunky mounting sockets found in similar solutions. Love the beautiful Aluminum finish on all the products as well, no corner cutting here.
