Stay well clear of the site. BIGGEST CON going. Poor payout - poor promotions - new rewards scheme was brilliant build up, for such a poor ending. Been with the site since it started. Never known it this bad. Management hasnt a clue. And as for hosts & players bulling. Just read all the other comments. We all cannot be wrong on how bad this site is and yes..... Watch out for MYTURN2WINN. She bullies players in biting then getting them banned plus hosts just love crawling up her butt. But yet again, she loves sticking her tongue out and kissing hosts butt. How shes allowed to play all day when she cannot be bothered with her own kids and spends her benefits on bingo. Shes never off the site day & night then management say that gambling commission is changing rules. BUT THEY conveniently let her play when she should be taking care of her own kids. BEST ADVICE..... Go elsewhere if you want to win something decent and where you treat fairly of hosts. And 1 final bit. WATCH out for huskyliz. Thinks the site has to revolves around her. Not happy if she cannot get her £1 cash game and god forbid if hosts dont get her 2 weeks notice of a game. Then if her computer doesnt show the game. its all the hosts fault. Shes another one that needs a life. Giving players advice on stuff she has no idea about and even hosts have told her to shut up. But does she. No she just keeps going with he useless know-it-all advice. Things dont always revolved around you and you not important to the bingo world. But you never happy are you when you not made to feel important and when things not done your way pet.

Absolute scam company. I have won £200 but they refuse to pay my winnings as my passport is out of date. They were quite happy to take my money but not so willing to pay it out. I have filed a complaint with the gambling commission as this is unacceptable and there customer service team have been very rude when I have called about this.

You should not need to verify someone that has already deposited money. If you take it then you should pay it. Simple as that.

the chat rooms are good fun most of the time but im sorry to name and shame but every time a player called myturn2winn comes on she causes an atmosphere in the room and i have to change rooms. i dont know if she knows people off the site or not but she is horrible to several players and very rude to some of the hosts too . I wish sun bingo would do something about this player as it puts me off the site. i spoke to a host on the site and she said just put her on ignore, but why should i , why cant the hosts stop this rude player ?

All good fun especially for bingo had a few wins 500 at most.....and then few pound here in there......Great site only thing a don't like is abit slow at times on your phone.......but all good on the computers

I made a sun bingo account and deposited £10 as it was advertised free spins and £50 bingo bonus, of which was shown in my account straight away. On my free spins I won around £7 and carried on playing the slots once my spins had ran out. In total I accumulated over £50 on the slots so I thought I would withdraw half and play with the rest. When I’ve gone to do so it’s told me only 0.8p is available for withdrawal, of which I was very confused about so I spoke to the chat bot and the bottom and was forwarded onto a live chat with someone who works at sun bingo who advised me I would need to “meet the wagering requirements” but never told me what they were, even though I had already asked. When asked again I was advised that in order to withdraw ANY cash that I’ve won I have to spend a total of £673? So basically you give them £10, they give you £50 and free spins but the money is only usable on their app, don’t waste your time or money! Mecca bingo is 10x better, don’t know why I even switched

Absolutely disappointed.

I won from free bingo promotion but had to deposit to withdraw. No worries I deposited. The MINUTE I wanted to withdraw my earnings they required proof. I’ve sent my proof my ID was verified but my address wasn’t (even though my address was on my driving license too?!) my account says verified, but no option to click out of this pop up or upload more proof.
I’ve emailed and emailed and not heard back. THEY WERE HAPPY TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT NOT LET ME WITHDRAW.

Do not play on this site, I got threats by players in the bingo chat tried to bring the issues to the site got a lifetime ban ie to shut me up no not happening , still took My money for months then I got a new card tried to deposit wldnt let me spoke to support numerous times just kept saying ur banks fault use paysafe but sure If I did and won I cldnt withdraw such a dodgy site take my advice stay well clear 😀

I won 300.00 to spend in the lounge on the wheel the lounge is for 1hour 6 txts max I day so don't really see the point of 300 that u can't use i think in one hour i think i used 15 tickets, suppose it looks good on the wheel that u won 300 but that is a fix

You can play bingo or slots till blue in the face, just don’t expect to win. Put in a fair bit with small bets wins are minimal or nil. Very disappointing. So went back in last throw of the dice (so to speak) and actually got a lot of play for my money and banked a little bit of a win. Much better last time round hence increased stars. Just waiting for withdrawal to be processed now. Withdrawal recieved ok. Never had problems there.
Since then again back to no bonus round and no luck at all.

The sun bingo platform has been down now for 2 days, I have credit in my account and I've not been able to contact sun bingo about this till today, lines are constantly engaged, couldnt even get in a queue to waite!
The customer services assistant couldn't help as he wasn't even able to log in !
Quite unbelievable considering the tech these days....I can't begin to imagine how much money they are losing ...wow
