I have not received my package however I believe this is not the companies fault it’s Royal Mail.

My item was ordered on the 27/8/25 and still hasn’t been delivered contacted seller who promised a refund and still not received terrible company stay clear all sorted seller went the extra mile to sort

I recently ordered some parts from Sunglasses UK which were unfortunately out of stock at the time. Ben provided excellent customer service by sending me an alternative pair in another colour to use while the correct ones were being sourced. I was kept updated throughout the whole process, and everything was done at no additional cost. Really impressed with the service – highly recommended.

I send my formally glossy black glasses to Sunglasses UK to be polished. They were returned barely polished with dull and greyish marks on them. There was also a crack in the frame at the bridge of the frame. I emailed a complaint with pictures with a request for a refund and they acknowledged that the glasses were not polished and were also cracked at the bridge. A refund for the polishing fee was quickly returned to me. A couple of weeks later while cleaning the glasses in the same way I had done a thousand of times before, the frame snapped in half at the point where the crack was, I had not realised how deep the crack was. I again requested compensatation via email with pictures. After a month I have not received even a reply.
I am outraged and very disappointed.
My strong advice is not to use Sunglasses UK to have your glasses polished or repaired. Sunglasses UK does not appear to be a professional or responsible company that can be trusted. Avoid at all costs.

I sent my husbands Juliet Oakley sunglasses to Ben on Monday & received them back today fixed & as good as the day we bought them. I would 100% recommend Ben to anyone, brilliant service

Needed my Oakley Juliet nose bridge repairing. Contacted Ben who was very helpful and as I don't live too far from his shop, he accommodated for me to drop off and collect after an hour. Also purchased some new lenses as my Oakley ones were deteriorating and he had some generic ones in stock for a good price. My Juliets which I’ve had for 16 years are now looking like new and very happy with the service and for a very reasonable price. I do recommend Ben and his team with carrying out repairs on Juliet’s and will use again should I require in the future!

I went in to numerous sunglasses shops to repair my Ray-bans and was told they couldn’t help. Ben sourced the part and off I trotted back to numerous options who didn’t have the correct size tooling. So back they went to Ben who repaired them and posted them back to me FOC. Great service!

Emailed to ask about a new bridge for my folding RayBans as mine had snapped when I sat on them 🙄got a reply straight away from Ben.
I ordered the part, cheaper than ebay.
Part arrived a few days later.

i am very protective of my Oakley collection, particularly my Juliet's, when the nose bridge got loose i thought they were finished, i didn't want to let them out of my sight until i made contact with Ben at Sunglasses UK, he explained the service he provides and answered all my questions promptly, he put my at ease and i sent my Juliet's for a nose bridge repair, they were were promptly returned as good as new ! A quick and efficient service that is A1, i will be recommending Sunglasses UK to anyone i know that needs repairs. I am already getting ready to send another pair for repair. so pleased i contacted Ben.

Was looking to get a pair of Rayban sunglasses repaired. Searched online and used SunglassesUK. Ben was very helpful and emails were spot on. Recieved sunglasses today and could not fault the whole experience. If the need arrises will not hesitate to use again. 5 star service.

The 2 pairs of sunglasses are as good as new - much appreciated. Both arms had fallen off so the joints were replaced. They’re old and well used sunglasses from New Zealand. It would’ve cost more to get 2 new pairs shipped to UK so it’s worth the steep cost of repair. And much more sustainable!

I had a very naughty puppy who managed to get hold of my ray bans and chewed the tips!! Luckily I found this website and was able to replace them. They are a perfect fit and match. Really happy with them and when I asked for an update on shipping Ben was prompt to reply! Thank you so much for saving my sunglasses 😎
