I badly scratched my expensive sunglasses and Ben repaired them so quickly. He replied promptly to every email, and sent clear instructions regarding postage etc. I think the service was outstanding and the quality of repair excellent. Would strongly recommend this business to anyone.

The repair was done excellently. No complaints.
There were some difficulties because the UK is not anymore in the EU. Therefore, I had to pay customs to get my own glasses after the repair back home. I told sunglasses how this extra customfees could be avoided.

I somehow snap the lenses of my Versace glasses. I couldn't bring myself to throw them away but they were collecting dust for months. My aunty said as they are expensive can you not just fix them. I started looking online and found a lot of companies who focus on frames and not lenses. Eventually when i almost gave up i found Sunglasses UK. I sent a picture and they checked whether it was possible. Although the lenses colour would be slightly different from the original i didn't mind as i had accidentally brought the same glasses by mistake (don't ask) so now i have same glasses different lenses and both brand new. Communication is great and no issues at all. Top service.

The service I received from Ben was exceptional, not only sourcing new lenses for my Alexander McQueen sunglasses, but also invisibly soldering them in two different places. The glasses are now as good as new, and I could not be happier with the result.

When I accidentally broke my vintage Ray Bans I thought they were done, then I found Sunglasses UK.
Sent them off for what was a very reasonably priced repair.
Received them back good as new with great communication from Ben during the process.

Bought a £300 pair of sunglasses at Gatwick, sales man was great there n assured me if not suitable in 30 no hassle return.
She went to you Covent Grd branch on my return 27days, they wasn’t happy so I had to go out after a holiday jet lagged to get a refund before 30days asap.
I went to your 90-92 Oxford st Claudia served me, absolutely amazing so professional wasn’t a problem for her.
It was an unwanted gift unfortunately just didn’t suit the person, also the T on the side had changed colour too. So that wasn’t good for me to see on an unworn pair of sunglasses,

Ordered Lindbergh spares, received quickly, and package in good order

Ben from Sunglasses UK contacted me shortly after placing the order, to advise me that Ray-Ban no longer sold my size lens. He asked if I could send them to him, he will get the replacement lenses machine cut to size.
I sent them off and within 2 weeks they are back with me in brand new condition, with perfect polarised lenses and frames have been tightened.
Also a massive bonus was that I ordered a replacement case in black (my original one is carbon) and on the return they also sent a carbon version instead of the black, even though it wasnt available on the website at the time.

10/10 service and now back and ready for our holiday 🌞🌞

I ordered Ray ban replacement folding bridge. There is 2 size. I was worry about size what I ordered. But as soon as I get my order my worry finished because they sent me both size just in case. Nice experience from Sunglasses UK.

I had lost the tiny Ray Ban logo on the left temple of my new sunglasses, probably after accidentally dropping them. Scoured the web to find replacements but alas nearly all links were from the USA. Then I found sunglasses.com based right here in the UK. Quick email asking for confirmation that I had the right part. Very prompt reply and seven days later the parts arrived and they fit perfectly. Also pleased to see that as far as I could see these were genuine Ray Ban spares. Very impressed !!! Sometimes it’s the little things in life …….

This is the second time I have used Sunglasses UK. I had a pair of Persol and Tom Fords lingering in the draw looking dull and dirty and slightly out of shape. The have come back looking almost new again. Would recommend 100%

Very helpful service, they responded personally to ensure I choose the correct product.

Shipping was a little slow - took 5 days after ordering before it was actually shipped, however it arrived safely and the product was perfect.

I'll definitely buy from them again (but maybe not if I'm not in a big hurry 😄)
