A note on the COVID-19 pandemic
We hope you are staying safe during this challenging and unforeseen time across the globe. We would firstly like to thank you for your patience and support as we work to respond to the thousands of individual customer queries, booking amendments and refunds.
We would like to note that due to Coronavirus outbreak, we have received a huge volume of contact from customers who are concerned about how their holiday is affected. It may take us longer than usual to respond at the moment, but rest assured we are working hard to reply to every customer query as quickly as we can.
When will I receive my refund?
We're working as quickly as possible to get any money back to those customers who are owed a refund. In many cases, we are waiting for the money for the cost of flights to be refunded by the airline.
Additionally, unlike many other travel companies, Sunshine.co.uk is offering eligible customers a full cash refund alongside the option to move their holiday to a later date.
The ongoing situation with Covid-19 is unprecedented and affecting us all in many different ways. We truly appreciate the patience and support of all of our customers during this challenging time.

Took 3 attempts to eventually book. 2 attempts failed due to the credit card details being incorrect which they weren't. I received an email related to each failed booking with a payment link which I used but then these bookings were cancelled with no explanation. For some reason the 3rd attempt went through no problem. Glad to finally being able to have a confirmed booking. Funny thing is that the only reason I ended up at Sunshine is because when I tried to book on On The Beach (both same company), there was no availability for the exact same destination, hotel and flights - strange but true. Tip - use TopCashback link to get 2.1% discount !!!

Website was a little more confusing…
The website was a little more confusing than parent company On the Beach. But that could be cause I did it on my phone. I had to email to check things like disability support. Also I have never booked with a company than had to check with airline. But otherwise ok.
