Found the holiday I wanted and it was easy to book it online

The trips we booked were fantastic,but the hotel is
extremely run down,
Dirty and unclean
Public toilets a disgrace
Rooms not cleaned for arrival
Not enough towels given and then all taken away and not replaced
Not enough loungers at pool
Unable to book in to the restaurants
No suitable labelling of food
Unable to get even a soft drink before 11am and then all juice flat as from plastic bottles and tiny cups
Water fountains don't work
Behaviour of many staff questionable with you g females and behaviour towards kids rude and aggressive
No snacks throughout day (like ice cream...crisps..nuts etc)
Main restaurant not big enough for volume of people
No working air conditioning or tv in rooms
I'd avoid this hotel

Great hotel, great area, great food, aicron good, big pool, sunset bar was amazing with branded alcohol on all incl, even found a nice parking spot on the road, loved it ! 🥰 Nudist beach it seems and as adults only lots of couples, we didnt go to entertainment or lounge bar but there was something every day

just got back from our 3rd holiday with sunshine and yet again not 1 promblem at all. the only problem we have now it where to book next!

Hotel was magnificent, and airport transfers were on time

Excellent from start to finish, great transfer lovely hotel....close to beach and shops bars.

Raquel aka Rachel on the reception was amazing couldn’t do enough to help us, absolutely fantastic, Roquetas de mar was a really nice quite traditional place to visit lots to just taxis can be a little on the slow side

I’ve booked a few holidays with the company, flying from my local airport and have consistently had a good experience. The booking process is simple, the company are reliable, and their prices are low. Will continue to use them.

Here we are 5 weeks later after being defrauded £4100 by this company. No phone number, no customer service human. Only Bots to communicate with. 6 HOURS on bots! Absolutely useless.
They have my have my email and telephone number. They requsted it. No response!
Our experience they are quick to take your money, but do not deliver on the gooods and services they have promised. They become uncontactable. BEWARE!

Easy to book a package holiday and great price

The catty cat garden Hotal was awful there put us in 3 rooms on different floors. Hotal in need of repairs bathroom was black with mould and food was horrible we only ate 1 day after that we are out.I wouldn't called it all inclusive no ice room for kids or any treats staff speak very rude. Just wanted to sell us anything and everything. When we said we already sorted are expeditions out was told to cancel them when we refused there become more rude towards us didn't feel very welcomed at all. There where no entertainment or anything to do for the kids we are glad to spend all are time out the hotel and very glad we only book a weekend there. One of the worst hotal we stayed at
