I was disappointed that the coat I ordered was too big but I was so impressed by my returns experience. I took it to my nearest store and was greeted by a charming young man who refunded me immediately. He was courteous and so friendly. I will shop with super dry again. So easy

Great range of good quality products. Friendly pleasant staff

Service lacked even though 3 members of staff seemed to be in shift . This area could do with improvement. I had to find others sizes myself as no one came near the fitting room area.

At the point of sale the girl was quite robotic and not I. The least chatty. Just wanted the sale over with is the impression I got.

I would expect much better service no matter where I shopped so yes I was disappointed in this respect.

Although the coat didn't fit and was returned in store, the customer sales person was so friendly and efficient in the return process. The assistant was also happy to assist me in the purchase of an alternative.

Sizing of product was disappointing, Evri return arrangements don’t exist???

I buy clothes from superdry regularly , it never disappoints. Always top quality t shirts dresses coats and hoodies. Leggings are amazing quality, especially during sales you get clothes for very decent price. Thank you superdry for fantastic range of high quality products!

Great coat but I have returned it. Not because of quality, it just didn’t suit me. Pity because it is a fantastic coat.

So this purchase was made so easy as I had went to the store to try various coats on. Some I needed xl right down to size medium. So it would pay to visit a store for sizes as not all coats seem the same fit. Due to the price of my stunning coat I didn’t make the purchase instore, I wanted to think about it first. After a day or day I checked online for the coat & made the purchase, delivery was about 4 or 5 days, plus if it is the incorrect fit you can bring it to your nearest store for an exchange or refund. I must say this is easily the best coat I’ve ever had, it looks & feels amazing, the quality is out of this world & I’ve had the opportunity to wear it out in one of the huge storms of recent & kept both warm & dry. The styling is just beautiful & everyone has commented on how nice it looks.
Definitely well worth the investment making it great value for such a high quality coat. The designs out this year will leave you spoilt for choice, I could’ve easily picked several jackets.
The online purchase was made super easy & I set up my own account for future purchases. The winter range this year is brilliant & I fully recommend treating yourself to something special that looks great & is the best quality & gives you the best protection from all the storms & freezing cold conditions of recent. Gonna b a long winter, so if you enjoy outdoors in all weathers then the chinook fux fur parka lets you enjoy the elements in style.
Also staff in Belfast store were so helpful, which compliments the high quality products. Delighted with my purchase.

Unfortunately the sweatshirt I ordered online was not suitable so I returned it in store and received a full refund the same day. Simple. Pleasant staff in the Belfast shop too!
