Ordered sliders confirmed with male at checkout that they had ordered female slidders large size 7 in black ......delivery came and they had sent large mens size 10/11 no good now have the hassle of returning them or having shoes that are no good!........not good customer service especially when i specifically asked he had definately ordered ladies!

We would not be able to exchange the sliders for the desired item, as we do not offer exchanges for what is essentially a different item. As such, after you have returned these, you may need to purchase them again. We do apologise for the inconvenience.

Excellent service, product and staff
The belfast store only one tshirt in the size, so I had to order the other. It was 10 min to closing on a Wednesday and most people would have been like, oh no this lady is a pain lol, we are trying to close up, but the girl over at the tshirt stand with dark hair and fab lashes was amazing, she was away to store checking and then appeared with the tablet and orders it for me in a flash and it was literally here mid day next day. She was fab and chatty great service. Product fantastic quality and fit. Great store with great variety and clothes always tidy and stocked out. Staff always upbeat and chatty.
