First rate service from Superdry
First rate service from Superdry. Ordered a coat online and collected within 3 days at my local store. Needed to send back, via my local store and this was handled swiftly and efficiently by them. I had my refund within 3 days. Found a great coat in store which is a great fit . A great experience all round.

I returned a jacket that was a little too small and sadly the store didn't have a size up. My jacket was then ordered for me by the assistant (who was extremely helpful) and the order came within a couple of days. I'm over the moon with my service
