Professional please!
The price of the item was great and ordering was simple. I attended the store for pick-up and while I waited for the item another staff member started a conversation at volume "through" me, meaning the other party was behind me, so I was in the middle. The tone of the conversation was poor and I was disappointed with this public display.

Return process
I bought online a leather jacket. It didn't suit me and I aak to return it! The process was very easy. I went to Superdry shop in Bullring and left it there.

I returned a coat to the store and explained needed next size up . The lady that served me was very helpful and done everything on computer.Explained what she was doing and I had the coat delivered within a couple of days .Very pleased x

I went in store to try find a Coat
I went in store to try find a Coat, ideally wanted black but saw the coat I wanted but was green so I went to the counter and asked if they had a black coat of the same design and the lady was really helpful and checked online and we managed to order one to get delivered to my home address, delivery was great and love my new coat

Good customer service.
Before I made my purchase online, I walked in to check my actual size with the particular product I wanted online. They helped with that and also helped me with the online purchase. Delivery was made to my house and on time and everything fits as I expected.

I ordered two shirts
I ordered two shirts, one 2xl and one 3xl.I received two shirts 3xl different model. I went in Bullring store for refund and I received the money for only one. After another visit to the store problem was solved, I received the rest of the money. For that I give one star, for quality of services that I received as customer.
