Not too happy
Well we bought a coat at 20 % off and the next day online was 30% I would of loved to be told this before I bought this . Not happy . people have not much money these days so that extra money could help for food .

The Superdry Store in Bury is good
The Superdry Store in Bury is good, & I often purchase clothes from there.
However I find it rather pathetic that they have now started charging for Paper carrier bags !!
I know it’s not much of a cost, but the whole principle of charging for Plastic carrier bags was to reduce plastic waste, so why are they now charging for ‘green’ degradable paper bags?

Very Helpful staff at local superdry store
I was going on holiday in a few weeks so wanted some more superdry cargo shorts as they are really comfortable and look the part.I went to my local store and the assistant found the exact pair in the colour I liked but not in my size which was a shame ...luckily this very helpful young assistant knew her stuff and said we could order in store the correct size /colour etc and they would be delivered in a few days to my home....better still the shorts were reduced and delivery was free.

Excellent purchase as usual
Every superdry store we visit is always well organised,tidy and clean.
Staff are always more than helpful and informative about the stock and especially will go out of their way to find what you are looking for in other stores if not available there .

Delevery charges should be refunded too when item is returned
I went to Superdry store to exchange the size as I wanted a size smaller.They returned the item but didnt pay back the delivery charge of £4 that I had paid for the item.This is unfair.
