Exceptional customer Service
Went in to pick up a new jacket I had ordered and had trouble with my order that had arrived, Luke the AM went above and beyond to help me get that order rectified and walk out of the shop happy. I have bought many items off superdry and the service is always great.

Sweater Order
Ordered my sweater online and went to collect instore. Process was straightforward and hassle free. I was emailed when it had arrived and had no trouble in store with the collection. Unfortunately the item was too big for me so I had to return but again no trouble to do so and refund given within a couple of days

Fantastic service, start to finish!
The coat was out of stock in store, the store manager was extremely helpful, ordered online to be delivered direct to my home, 22 hours later the coat landed with the courier. Extremely good service from start to finish along with the quality coat!
