With no beige worker jackets in stock, or in the UK on the system, the sales assistant phoned internal customer service. I received a text within an hour. One had been located in Bristol. I collected it the next day. Superb jacket. Even better service. Very very pleased with Superdry. My first port of call from here on in.

Lovely store and clothes. Great that you also accept Blue Light cards.

Staffs are friendly specially the casher.

I bought the long faux leather aviator coat in black in the sale extremely good value, fits well size 16 bought.Bought the coat on line its a chance you take if it fits on this occasion it did.

Shop assistant very helpful. When they didn’t have the product in the shop I want to purchase, she suggested that I have it delivered foc to my home address, which I did. It arrived two days later, ready for Christmas.

I did this order in store as they did not have the cargo pants I wanted. The staff member was extremely helpful and friendly and offered to the order for me. The delivery has now arrived but the cargo’s are NOT what I showed him in the store. They are a different style and colour. I am really disappointed as things are busy enough at this time of year without having to do things twice. I now have to arrange for a return and re order my original which at the moment is not in stock.

The sales person was very helpful even though it was obviously a very busy day in the store.
Product us a present so cannot rate jumper but it looks good.
