This coat is well made and fits well…
This coat is well made and fits well but I had to go for a size up on my normal size. I had to return it and get the next size down as the sleeves were too long. The shop in Cardiff were great when exchanging it.

Not happy about giving email address
I was asked for my email address and I asked why , I was told it was needed to give me the local discount as I work nearby ,
I agreed but said I did not consent to any emails being sent I have received 3 emails so far.
Also the person that served me at the till didn’t even bother to thank me for my purchase

Great customer service
Charlie (I think) helped me check if there was any remaining stock for a jacket I was looking at and was very friendly in his service - telling me other ways I could order that specific jacket in the size I needed. He also attended to me when I came back to the store to purchase the jacket
