I love Superdry
I love Superdry, clothes are amazing and they excellent quality. You get what you may for. The staff are always super helpful and friendly at the Merry Hill store as well.

Initial order arrived for collection in…
Initial order arrived for collection in 2 days but was way too large for me, but Superdry re ordered and I’d got the right size back within 2 days. Great customer service 👍

The lady at the counter was so helpful…
The lady at the counter was so helpful and pleasant. The clothes were also put out very neatly which made it nice to shop. It was much better than in other shops.

Quality Superdry Clothing
The website is really easy to navigate and the quality of clothing from Superdry is always excellent. I chose store pick up which was very convenient. The staff in store were extremely helpful as always.

Refused a to reprint a gift receipt
Unfortunately I forgot to ask for a gift receipt and sales assistant said it was too late and walked away from the till just leavingbus there feeling disappointed. I found another to ask what the returns deadline was for Christmas and she then offered to reprint us gift receipt. Complete poles apart for customer service.
