Went into the store near Chantry Place in Norwich to get myself a new gillet as a birthday gift from my partner. I chose the orange… loved it but the ones in store were slightly too snug. The shop assistant was super helpful looked online and said they had the next size up available on the website and she could get it posted out to me with free postage! Awesome service. It arrived only a couple of days later… and I love it… just in time for this chilly weather we having too! Plus the bright orange brightens up my day and helps me forget these January blues!

Tried to return a top that had black marks over it and was called a lier in store and was told I wouldn't if bought it like that and sent out of the shop,,,, disgraceful,,,,,,,,

Sent wrong item so took back to shop didn't have what I wanted so had to reorder something else and pay postage again
