Went in to exchange/replace a coat with a little seam issue (came unstitched inside a pocket as a Christmas present) and Josh at the Ashford Outlet branch was on form - so patient with me and mum, helped us either replace or even get a gift card if I didn’t find what I liked, and the exchange was so easy and hassle free. Thanks so much for the service and your patience Josh, you were on point yesterday! Give the guy a bonus 👍 will be shopping there when I’m back in Ashford.

Very warm for winter and fantastic choice of colours. I like some colours some not.

Had to exchange the coat a couple of times to get the right size. Absolutely brilliant experience with no quibble in the shop and fast replacements coming the very next day. Amazing.

Ordered 3 jackets on the 9th and still not arrived I have not even received a reply to my email asking where it is not happy

Turns out was the Courier fault the package was damaged in transit superdry eventually got in touch and re- sent 2 coats but sadly the 3rd was out of stock and they could not send a different coat the money had to be refunded but now have received 2 coats and the refund for the third

My grandson loved this, I got it for his birthday and he was over the moon.

Staff were very helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile to find my size which was not available on the rack. Not only did the guy find my size he brought out some alternative shirts, and got himself a bigger sale

Very pleased got what I ordered within time scale specified not pleased with evri delivery package not really cared for all ripped up from front and this is not first time once again pleased with where I purchased my jacket just not happy with your contracted delivery company evri

I bought some jeans at 28 inch they turned out to be a 34 I ordered two pairs of tracksuit bottoms the same size one came up an extra large I wouldn’t buy any thing to put on your legs from this company unless you go in store and try them on,, and then when I took him back to exchange in the staff at the till weren’t fully trained and then she put it back onto my account so I couldn’t get an exchange I had to wait for a refund and that was 10 days ago and I’m still waiting for it

Ordered a few times from here, they are great with only 1 down side is there small fitting so always order the next size up
