My size vest wasn't in Rushden Lakes - bloke at the till kindly ordered one for me at no extra cost. Delivery took 2 days.

As with most SD clothing I normally need to buy the next size up, so I needed to return an item. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and as a result ended up spending £160 more!

The young person in a store was totally not focused on customer service. Every her answer was "all we have is exposed"
Not the way we like shopping. Better would be to shop online

Easy to find things you wanted and good customer service

The young lady at the check our was really friendly and helpful.

Went here with my 2 daughters and dog on the 28th June and was looked after by Petrina. She went above and beyond to look after us and pointed out the coolest place for our dog to wait whilst my daughters tried on their clothes. Top customer service and a credit to Superdry Rushden lakes.

Great store layout,variety of clothing & accessories.

My daughter was in store on sunday with a friend and tried a dress on. She came out to show her friend the dress. Her friend was not their was and said to the lady manning the dressing room I better get changed and she said yes you better and pointed to my daughter tummy area and laughed at her. Shameful behaviour

Friendly and helpful staff. All size shirts and colourways available to try on.

Service was great, jumper was good value for money can't have any complaints

Fantastic Cult wide leg jeans. Daughter has struggled to find any that fit on waist and thighs. The assistant was really helpful finding alternative lengths. The jeans are perfect. Student unidays reduction meant they were a great price too.

Great variety of clothes to choose from and all great quality

Went into the store on Sunday 23/01. The manager (possibly named megan) really went above and beyond to help us. She really helped us find the perfect item and size. She was very chatty and even made a great effort to engage with my son who was starting to get a bit agitated and overwhelmed in the store. She definitely made the experience in the store a great one. Will definitely return. Thank you for making our experience a great one 💜
