Amazing experience again

I needed a really good quality and warm coat for the winter and superdry didn't disappoint! I brought the Microfibre Longline Puffer coat and it's one of the best coats I've owned! Also the staff at the Rushden Lakes store were very friendly. A positive experience.

Item ordered because it was not in stock in store, delivered earlier than promised, and it's the best coat I've ever had!!

The best shop to look for a jacket. I would highly recommend it. Also in Rushden Lakes, the employees were really helpful 🙏.

I found the jacket in store which I liked but never seem to have my size XXXL and only a limited supply ever on line if had more of the larger sizes in stock would really be better but staff are help full and online ordering was quick and easy and delivery very punctual

Rushden super dry was clean friendly, had some excellent displays with good quality apparel

The 2 ladies who served me were very helpful, and sorted out my query quickly and efficiently. My father had received a gift if a diftshrll jkt which had been purchased online. Unfortunately the zip was faulty. The ladies found me a replacement in store , tested it, and exchanged it for the faulty one. My father is very pleased indeed. He had been worried as he only had the packaging the gift came in , although the ferment had all the swing tickets still on. He had been considering paying to have a new zip put in, even though he had not worn the jkt yet.

Customer service was superb.. I needed a larger jacket for my son but the store at Rushden didn't have the right size, so they checked availability and then called the store in Peterborough who had availability and arranged for a reservation.

I like the relaxed atmosphere staff are helpful and don't hover around you as if you can't dress yourself, but close enough to ask for help if you need it
