Very unhelpful and rude.

I recently went to your store that you’re closing down in Southampton and there was a jumper that was on one of the mannequins which was the last one left.

I asked a member of staff who intern asked a manager whether they could take it off the mannequin as I thought there was a policy they couldn’t and the manager refused and just said it was company policy not to remove any clothing from the mannequin. I find it absurd that the shop was closing down and therefore wanting to clear the stock which I was interested in. So I’m not surprised that the firm is closing stores down if this is how you treat customer's

It is closed permanently

It is closed permanently. The wrong concept of business with very high prices without reason became not selling.
I hope the learn something.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I needed to exchange a t shirt that was too small but I didn’t have my receipt. The guy who served me was so very helpful and I left with the replacement t shirt no problem. Very satisfied
