Excellent service in the southampton store they made up for the rude and unhelpful staff in the portsmouth store.

The store staff helped me so much with my query even if they could not provide the product I needed. They told me how to get it.

I bought some skinny jeans in the sale as Superdry is a brand I’ve bought many times that I’m always happy with. Unfortunately the jeans were not comfortable and they did not stay up for some reason so I returned them to the Southampton store and explained the issue. I got a refund without any issue so was very happy with the outcome.

The shop was well stocked. The staff were friendly and respectful.

Exchanged a pair of cargos. They weren't in stock so they assistant did an online exchange. Quick delivery and great trousers

I went into our nearest super dry store as my husband had seen a jacket he wanted to try on, unfortunately the smallest size they had was a medium which was too big. I asked the sales assistant if they had one in stock, after checking on her tablet she confirmed they were out of stock, then she politely suggested she looked at the warehouse to see if there was one available....result!! It was delivered to our house four days later just in time to be wrapped for Christmas. Good job !!
