Online hoodie
I ordered my hoodie online for click & collect from the Stirling store.When I was there I asked if they did an online price match & they said yes.So I ordered a hoodie for the wife instore & I got free delivery.I was very satisfied with the level ofcustomer service I received

Incredibly Amazing, very impressed.
Staff were helpful and polite at the shop and friendly service with a smile on their face made me feel, comfortable and welcoming when shopping at the store. Very Sufficient Service on delivery good choice of clothing. Great value of price, lots of items were on discount. Thank you and keep continuing serving.

Customer service
Had to return due to sizing but customer service was especially memorable. The sales assistant took the time to chat, was very pleasant and friendly. Recent experiences have shown that good customer service is very much in decline so it was a nice change. Also, very easy to order, collect and return.

Great Service
Young lady in the Stirling store did everything thing she could to get me the coat I wanted as my size wasn't in stock in her shop. We ordered it and I got it delivered 2 days later to my home. The coat is amazing, everything you want when it's freezing in Scotland. I'll be back.
