When I first went into your shop in Stirling. I felt like I was a shoplifter until the girl who came to the front of yhe shop helpd me so much l felt right at ease. Then the person sering me was so welcoming and festive it was a breath of fresh air

The service was amazing from the great service received in the shop with very friendly and helpful staff to the quick and efficient delivery of the jacket I ordered, I was kept very well informed of the progress of the delivery.

Service was very slow seemed from what i could see there were only two members of staff on- myself and another customer brought it to their attention that a person had jsut walked out the shop with a winter jacket and their reaction was laughable - couldn't care less shrug of the shoulder - perhaps company guidelines not to challenge anyone but if so half rhe town will get word and shop will be emptied

Staff so helpful, clothing good quality and most of my favourite clothes are Superdry items.

Second purchase from Super dry not happy with, the gilet I ordered arrived dirty and the colour had run, white gilet with black lining the back ran into the white, must have been second hand and washed in a washing machine
