Easy online purchase and collect from store, refunded on collection as too big and exchanged for a smaller size, only one minor hitch was had to refund returned item and then purchase the smaller size and then wait 3 days for refund to go in to my account, its OK if you have that extra money in account to purchase smaller size

Disappointed
I had an email saying the item was in store ready to collect, but when I went to collect it (after taking time off work) was told it had not been delivered and was told to come back in a few days time which was very inconvenient as I couldn't really take any more time off.

Nice and easy, but I prefer collecting in store can try if a size is right, and don't need to deal with couriers leaving parcels on the pavement

Fantastic Experience
I went into store, tried on a dress but needed another size, the great staff in the Watford branch couldn’t have been more helpful. They ordered what I needed online and arranged for it to be delivered to store. A few days later I received notification that it had arrived. Picked up and was once again treated like a valued customer in store. Fab customer service with a genuine smile is so rare. Thank you Watford crew.
