Excellent customer service
The staff, particularly I believe the lady tobe the manager at the Windsor branch are excellent, they looked through stock, ordered on line in the shop for us and also reordered without any complaints when I had to return an order, great experience

Excellent service
Ordered on line to deliver to my local store because even though I’d spent a fair amount, there was still a delivery charge. The service was very quick and really happy with the shorts and t shirts I had ordered. The service in store was excellent as always.

Excellent trouble free shopping. Great website found a jacket I wanted, purchased and paid for it. Email advised order and approx arrival time, jacket arrived professionally wrapped and 24 hours earlier than advised. Very pleased with the item and the service received. Bought from the store all the clothes…
Bought from the store all the clothes are amazing but I find the knitted jumpers are very itchy maybe you should change it. They look amazing but not as comfy as they look.
Staff Maria and eshe were so kind and helpful! The music in the store was more old rock music it would be so much better if you had radio music or well known songs so I can enjoy more when shopping instead of Loud random old songs. But other than that everything was great
