Fred Avery was an excellent travel agent, making reliable recommendations regarding hotels, organizing a multi-city trip, and assuring that everything was in place.

We had a wonderful experience with Superior Travel regarding a vacation cruise to Hawaii. Sheryl, our agent, was both personable and professional. She spent a lot of time with my wife and I answering questions and reviewing tours. She was quick to return requested phone calls and happily made all of our transportation arrangements for us. Sometimes we felt like we were calling and bothering her too much but she was always patient and never seemed to mind our incessant questions. Our vacation could not have gone more smoothly. I absolutely love Erica, Superior Travel services. I used them (a travel agency) for the very first time in 2015 and she did a superb job with handling our accommodations. I misplaced her contact email and searched and searched (about 2 months) until I found it. Once I did and emailed Erica, she remembered me. Talk about "personalized" service. Granted the company had the historical data but her warm and caring demeanor reminded me of why I was searching for her email. Always helpful and always just perfect price

This is my second trip with Superior Cruise and with Fred. The first trip was amazing, and we are looking forward to a fantastic trip coming up this Fall. Fred is great to work with and he has been very helpful with helping us plan day trips in each city we are visiting. We will definitely continue to use him for future trips!
