I placed an order on 23 February for a dura ace cassette for 542.95€ (order ID 70130). Craig tells me on March 7th that the product is not in stock. I asked for a refund on 10 March, I followed up on 16 March and 28 March. They ignore the customers' e-mails. I therefore informed the French DGCCRF and the English ECC-NET by registered mail today. You should not order on this website which does not consider its customers. It's so sad.

I ordered a part that on it's own cost the price of a cheap bicycle. They suddenly added £15 on top for postage for no apparent reason. When I contacted them about it they were rude and dismissive and simply cancelled my order even though I had not asked them to.

I since notice that their online review metrics form an anomalous pattern. There is a lot of five star reviews and then a bunch of one-star reviews but nothing in-between. This suggests that their greatest skill is creative writing.

I placed an order on a Tuesday evening and paid for express delivery expecting delivery by the weekend, but it took until the following Monday to receive my order. Fair enough deliveries get delayed but I requested the difference for the express delivery to be refunded, I have been completely ignored which is totally unacceptable.

Pretty awful.
Ordered tyres and saddle on line which were in stock. They then emailed me to say that the tyres were not. I decided to cancel the order. All so far understandable. These things happen. I run a website so get it.
What I don’t get is the fact they have taken over £300 of my money before despatch of goods. When I pointed this out I have had no response to let me know when I will be refunded. Disgraceful treatment of a customer. Should be ashamed.

Ordered a Cane Creek repair kit early December, arrived but didn't include all the parts in the images, took a few prompts to get a response from Swinnerton, "James" eventually got back to me middle January accepting it was the wrong image for the product but it would cost me an extra £18 for the bits not included, I said "no thanks, I'd like to return the product" - now they're refusing to respond presumably hoping I'll give up and walk away - which I probably will but won't be going back and have been moved to my first ever web review for poor service - not good for what was just a £20 purchase.

Although not used before, Swinnerton proved to be a reliable and competitive supplier for some hard to get parts for my new bike build. Unlike some suppliers, the parts ordered on 3 separate occasions, were in stock and delivered promptly. They even informed me when a part became in stock.

Customer service was excellent! I had to cancel my order to due wanting to a different component.

Ordered a bike online. It arrived promptly and was packaged securely. I only had to put on pedals and tighten handlebars. On riding it, my wife found that the middle bar was too high. I rang Swinnerton and they provided excellent advice and found a more suitable bike. This is where the extraordinary service comes in - Instead of sending the new bike, one of the Swinnerton team drove down on Saturday afternoon and not only delivered it but made sure the new bike was a perfect fit. They then picked up the unwanted bike. All for the price of a standard courier service. Brilliant. And my wife absolutely loves the new bike!

The order confirmation email came through quickly so I thought all was fine. I didn't realise that less than 30mins later they sent another email cancelling my order. Found a cancellation form attached "from" myself (which I did not write!!) "to" Swinnerton saying I wish to cancel. What BS.
Also the payment on my bank account is from Klarna (when I didn't use Klarna!).
Everything about Swinnerton feels untrustworthy. Gonna give my money to the Wiggle/CRC monopoly in future.

Swinnerton cycles took great care in preparing a bicycle to suit my size and fit.

Unexpected problem with order but spoke to James at Swinnerton. Friendly, helpful and most importantly honest about issue. Part of order will be sent out and second part to follow when provided by supplier. Problems happen, especially in present circumstances, but great to be able to speak direct and agree a resolution.

Ordered a component Monday morning and delivered Tuesday morning.
Website easy to search/navigate, e-mail delivered promptly confirming order and further information when the part was despatched.
