The service agent was very responsive and helpful. Although we are yet to resolve the billing issue we now have a course of action that will verify and resolve the issue
Irritating music and slow menu, but great call handler. No appointments availanle on their system for essential maintenance, so have to wait for them to call back.

Debit, Credit, and Direct debit not accepted
It's seems impossble to pay switch2 by card. Direct debit is not available on their website. Requires a phone call to request a Direct debit email to be sent, but the Direct debit link doesnt work. Their help line announces the same old "error" message for their "new" customer service helpline menu options, and then forwards you to an operator. Which, I will grant you, is rare they are a real person and usually only a few minutes wait
But. It's 2026 how are they stuck in the 1900s?
