In April of 2025, I purchased the 55" Outdoor TV(Google TV) - 2024 Deck Pro 2.0! I have been very pleased with all aspects of the TV. Very easy to set up. Super bright, even on the sunniest of days. Well worth the money. So much so, I purchased a second one for our other house. Quality product, for sure!

This company is first class. Customer service is incredible. I highly recommend to anyone buying an outdoor TV.

Sally with the support team was truly the best ever. She was very respectful and helpful in every way being sure to answer all my questions in a timely matter. Sally walked me through each step of installation as well. It was such a great pleasure having her address any and all of my concerns.

He worked with us on setup of the DVD on our new TV. He was extremely courteous as we were novices. I would call on him again if I need help setting up the rest of the TV for use at a later time. Thank you so much for your patience.

I recently ordered a 43" Slyvox outdoor TV. The TV itself is an awesome product, but the customer support team is on a whole different level.
After setting up the 43", I realized I actually wanted a bigger model. I reached out to Slyvox, and they made the upgrade entirely seamless—I just paid the difference, and they processed the larger order. Because the larger model was temporarily backordered, their team told me to just keep using and enjoying the smaller TV until the new one arrived. That is practically unheard of these days!
When the larger model arrived, unfortunately, it had been damaged in transit. I sent another email expecting a hassle, but instead, it was met with a quick "no worries, we will send another one right out." A week later, the replacement arrived in perfect condition.
There were zero hassles, zero runarounds, and absolutely no stress. They just focused on making it right. The TV looks fantastic on my patio, but I would highly recommend Slyvox based on their stellar customer service alone. They have earned a customer for life!

We love our 55” outdoor TV from Sylvox. We have really been enjoying watching baseball on it while sitting on our deck. The picture is great and the TV seems very durable. We bundled it with the rolling cart and free cover. The bundling options were one of the main selling points for me since I was getting decision fatigue, and picking everything at once made it easy. We trust that it would hold up if we left it outside with the cover, but so far we been rolling it back inside when we’re done using it because it seems too nice. We had no problems with shipping. We communicated with customer service twice and were very satisfied both times. The first time, they told us that the cart would arrive later than expected, so gave us the option to cancel it for a refund, which we did. The second time, I happened to check the site a week after the TV got set up, and saw there was a sale for $200 less than I bought it for. I messaged customer service about it, and they gave me a refund for the difference with no further action from me. Love it!

The Tv is fantastic, the delivery and ordering was simple, free gift equally brilliant and a tv cover.

But UK based and a smart tv that can’t download BBC IPLAYER or ITVX as apparently because it’s a TV from Europe they are blocked, it did give a lot of stress as it was bought to watch the World Cup shown on said channels so ended up getting a fire stick and connecting that way. Annoyingly frustrating.

My tv came cracked. When I wrote to them and said I wanted a new TV expedited and someone to come pick this one up, their response was that would not be possible, and that if I really needed it to order from Amazon. Amazon costs more money for the TV, and it was your mistake! They don't help, can't get another person on the phone, and haven't responded to help the situation. I paid someone to come hang it up, and was out money for that too, since it was cracked!

TV has limited connection, have been trying to get it fixed for about 5/6 weeks to no avail. I accepted an offer on June 11 of a replacement, no word since and I am still waiting for a return label or a pick up.

I am extremely disappointed with both the delivery process and the customer service from Sylvox.

My outdoor TV was delivered by DPD last Friday and left outside my front door without being signed for or handed to anyone. This was not my designated safe place and no permission was given to leave such a high-value item unattended.

When I returned home from work, the TV was missing. I contacted Sylvox immediately and was assured the matter would be escalated and that I would receive an update within 24 hours. A week later, despite repeatedly chasing for answers, nobody can tell me what is happening or when this issue will be resolved.

I am currently thousands of pounds out of pocket and no closer to getting a replacement or reimbursement. The lack of communication, ownership and urgency shown throughout this process has been unacceptable.

The product may be excellent, but when something goes wrong, customer service is what matters most. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely poor and I cannot recommend Sylvox based on how this situation has been handled.

Ordered the 65” QLED tv along with the outdoor cabinet. Picture quality is awesome!
I find that I do need to turn down the brightness settings at night to the 30-35% range…otherwise you light up your whole back yard (and neighbors)
The cabinet is solid and the lift mechanism is completely silent. The Google app is fast and intuitive. Sound is decent for built in speakers…but a soundbar would definitely round out the experience. Definitely recommend.

i am not not a tech kind of person so when Gringo was trying to go thru the steps on how to fix the issue i was not certain where i should go on the TV screen. Gringo was very PATIENT with me and i surely Appreciated that. After about 1 hour we finally were Successful . Thanks MUCH Gringo !!!

Customer Service is impeccable and Sally was very helpful and attentive with helping us with an issue we had. They resolved the issue very quickly and we are loving our new outdoor spaces and TVs.. look forward to referring Sylvox to our family and friends.

The TV arrived with a discoloration on the screen and when we turned it on the screen was full of vertical lines and no image. The return process has been horrible. Very long delays and no one ever answers the phone.

Update: after posting reviews I received a very prompt response. Replacement TV is going to be shipped shortly.

I have received the replacement tv and it works as expected.

Sylvox customer service is quick and helpful. I had purchased a 32" Smart TV with a built-in DVD player. I had installed it with a wall mount in my RV. Then I wanted to move it to our new RV, and I had lost my stand. Sylvox quickly sent me a replacement with no hassle. I am now in the market for my second Sylvox TV for my bedroom in the RV, and not worried if I have a problem

OK - I am still willing to give Sylvox a chance. I am now on my 3rd TV in less than 1 year (all replacements of original). Granted the clarity and color are outstanding and the enclosure is robust, and you certainly get the sense that this is a legitimate "outdoor" TV. But the glitches I keep experiencing with the internals, eventually leading to these replacements, gets me a little nervous about quality control and value over the long-haul. That said, customer service has been great (trust me - I've had a lot of interaction with them) and they have always owned to problems I have experienced, but frankly sometimes wish I just had a reliable TV. Fingers crossed . . .

I had some difficulty in the beginning, but customer service was very committed to making sure I figured it out. We have enjoyed watching the basketball play-off games outside by the pool. My friends love it and want one of their own! I love the fact that the TV is dust proof and waterproof (on top). It's very sturdy, and the portable stand on wheels is very convenient. I love it.

Order partly received which was tv and sound bar but bracket coming from Amazon? When checked with Amazon, if ordered direct could get this next day but not this company. Needed it all to enable us to set up in our caravan. Numerous messages and emails questioning where bracket was, no response apart from 1st question about it, they put all query now on Amazon. TV and soundbar seem to be good, no problems and quick delivery. Customer service....or lack of response has let company down. Ashame as products received are good. I probably wouldnt buy from them again. Looking to get Satnav, was going to purchase from here but now doubting so will purchase elsewhere. If not for customer service would of been good rating.
