Our originally ordered tv arrived with a broken screen. Ian at Sylvox guided me through the return of the damaged tv and the receipt of the replacement. Everything went seamlessly, and we are happy to say we are enjoying our awesome new outdoor tv now, as football season begins!

We purchased the Sylvox 43" Advanced 2024 Deck Pro 2.0 QLED Google Outdoor TV and installed it in our outdoor spa area.
The picture quality is impressive for an outdoor-rated TV. Colors stay vibrant even during daytime use, and the anti-glare screen does a solid job cutting down reflections.
We're in a humid climate in Australia, with tropical storms throughout summer, and so far the TV has held up well. The housing is sturdy, and the weatherproofing appears to be working well.
Running on Google TV, the streaming apps loaded easily and the built-in speakers provide clear sound.
I highly recommend this TV as it turned our outdoor spa space into a great entertainment experience.

Its rare that I'm impressed with companies and service these days but Sylvox have been a breath of fresh air. The outdoor TV is a good product and Sally in customer service has been excellent dealing with the return of the portable stand that I didn't need as we decided to wall mount instead. Well done and thanks!

I recently bought a 65 inch Sylvox TV for outdoors since my original TV died. The TV itself is beautiful. It is resistant to all weather conditions. It did have a small scratch on it on the right lower side of the screen which I couldn’t Account for. I reached out to the team and they were very helpful. Jason was able to help me with the process of returning the TV and the brand new one was sent to me. I am so pleased with their service and with the team. I love my TV and I would 100% continue to buy from them in the future.

Process was seamless in my TV shipped very quickly. Love the quality. I had to make a return in the return was also very easy and seamless.

Misleading advertising ruined the experience

I bought the 2026 Deck Pro QLED 3.0 specifically because Sylvox’s product pages loudly advertised Chromecast and AirPlay support. The marketing repeatedly claimed seamless casting and iPhone screen mirroring. That feature was a major reason I chose this TV over other outdoor options.
After setup I discovered the truth: Sylvox’s own Support FAQ states that DECK/POOL models do not support iPhone screen mirroring. The TV simply will not appear as an AirPlay target. No amount of troubleshooting, same-network checks, or app installs changes that. The advertised AirPlay capability is false for this series.
This is not a minor missing feature — it is a direct contradiction between what was sold to me and what the product actually delivers. I cannot mirror photos, videos, or apps from my iPhone the way I expected (and was promised) when I made the purchase. That broken expectation turns an otherwise capable outdoor TV into a frustrating letdown.
I contacted support requesting a simple, low-cost solution (a USB-C to HDMI adapter) so I could at least hard-wire the connection I thought I was buying. Whether they honor that request remains to be seen. Until then, the product feels deceptively marketed.
Pros that exist on paper (brightness, weather sealing, Google TV) are overshadowed by the fact that a core advertised smart feature does not work as claimed. If accurate product information and honest feature lists matter to you, look elsewhere. Sylvox needs to fix the mismatch between marketing and reality.
Would not recommend until the AirPlay claim is either delivered or clearly removed from every product page.

Ian my rep was very responsive. My new TV was cracked. I let him know and a new one was ordered. It will arrive this Thursday! Ian was able to get this all done in under 2 weeks. The best thing he was very responsive on all my follow up questions.

I purchased a 65 inch tv and purchased the elf S3 Bluetooth soundbar separately the next day. Soon afterwards I realized I could have gotten a better price if I had bundled both devices together. I called and emailed Sylvox about this issue and Jason promptly responded and refunded me the difference. It was substantial. I just received both products and they looked high quality. Thanks to Jason again for a prompt response to my issue.

TV works great in the sun. EASY TO SET UP. Purchased a cover and the rolling cart. Wrong size cart was sent to us, but contacted customer service and they were able to ship the correct size ASAP. Enjoying the set under our gazebo.

Customer service is really great if you run into any problems. The product is really unique, and although I've got notes about it... it's tough to find anything else quite like it!

I received a damaged TV, cracked lcd screen. I reached out via email for support, I explained the issue and sent photos. Ian replied back in a very timely response. Ian verified some info and issued a replacement TV, and provided a return shipping label for the defective TV. The new TV arrived in good condition and operational. I accidently purchased the 43 in outdoor TV and needed to return for a larger size 50 in. Ian of Sylvox was very helpful in making the return process run smoothly by getting my return label out to me quickly and providing me clear instructions on returning.
