The experience I had with the Bridport office in particular Steve Allen was excellent. The sale of our house was not as straight forward as I would have hoped. Steve Allen was always very supportive during this time and assisted in resolving any issues or concerns. Communications was maintained throughout the process keeping me informed of the progress of the sale and the office staff were always very helpful when contacted.

We are very pleased with the services provided by our Managing Agents, Symonds & Sampson (Poundbury) during the first year of their contract appointment. Under the capable leadership of our primary contact, Lorna Wyatt and her dedicated team, they have proven to be an excellent choice for the management of our apartment building.

Symonds & Sampson were super helpful during the long period it's taken to sell our property (due to complexities in the chain). While the house was empty they helped us explore letting options, helped maintain the house with weekly checks and connected us with an excellent and reliable gardener, while doing all they could to achieve a sale. Daniel Magee and his team were very friendly responsive and proactive through all the highs and lows of finding, securing and completing on our dream home.
