Daniel Magee at the Bridport office of Symonds and Sampson has dealt with the sale of my father’s cottage.
From start to finish we have had excellent attention.. regular updates of progress with prospective buyers and their comments.. Nothing was too much trouble.
Easy to contact and always returned phone calls. Very professional service all round. Most important a sense of humour!

One of the easiest but strangest transactions for Matt from the Beaminster office. We were away in France for a month when the house we'd been watching came back on the market. One phone call and a FaceTime viewing later and our offer was accepted. Matt was excellent throughout. Kept the process bubbling along and was communicative throughout. If only he was the agent trying to sell my current home but its at least 150 miles out of his area.

Absolutely superb service from the team at Sturminster Newton from start to finish. They helped us manage the sale of our late mother’s home with so much helpful advice and compassion. They were very conscientious and communication was excellent. Everyone worked incredibly hard to help us secure a quick sale. Sincere thanks to Giles, Anabel and the entire team.
