Parts were ordered Thursday morning, they arrived Friday afternoon. It doesn't get any better than that. Great easy to use website, if Tanaka can do it why can't everyone else.

Poor service, goods paid for not delivered
I ordered some spare parts after speaking to a helpful person on the phone who then gave me a reference number to order the parts online. I did as requested and paid in full on the 26th April. I am still waiting and it’s now the 18 th may
I have tried phoning only to be told to ring back again (4 times now)
I have emailed twice with no reply
NOT a good service- very poor

I Am Very impressed with Tanaka Spares
I am very impressed with Tanaka Spares. The website is well organised with clear exploded drawings making it easy to identify the parts I needed for my strimmer. They seem to have a very extensive inventory of available parts. Ordering is a doddle. The prices are very reasonable. And, after ordering on a Sunday my parcel arrived the following Tuesday. What’s not to like? I will definitely use them again.
