Great service, and great product.

Very happy with my service, Barry was very friendly and professional and helped me pick out the perfect bathroom accessories!! :)

We have used Tecaz Stockton several times over the years and we always get the best help and advice on the products that we are interested in from Lisa, she is very knowledgeable and patient when we are deciding on the wide range of choice they have and she never rushes or pressurises you, she is a credit to this store!

The WORST customer service ever received from the Customer Service Manager at North Shields. Extremely rude and patronising in emails and over the phone. Have used this company a few times over the years and unfortunately would now never use again due to this one individual.
Don’t expect a replacement if anything is faulty… even if you are still in warranty.

I’m sure there will be a rude, patronising and incorrect response on here after reading how he responds to other negative reviews.

Tecaz needs to look into this individuals professional conduct and how paying customers are spoken to if there is a genuine issue.

My wife and i went to Tecaz Stockton after a neighbour recommendation. On entering the store we had the warmest of welcomes from a lady behind the sales counter and chatted for around 5 minutes. We then took our time walking around store, we were made aware that help was on hand if needed and never felt pressured or pounced on. When we knew what we wanted we asked for some help and Lisa assisted us on our purchase. We took up quite a lot of Lisa`s time and nothing was too much trouble. Lisa was very professional and had extensive product knowledge, she really knows every inch of that store. Lisa also brought everything in under our budget and explained everything clearly. All in all a great positive experience. Very pleased, thankyou.

After years of seeking bargains for my building projects I have decided to steer away from online shopping. In recent years, the online market has been flooded with imported bathroom products with attractive price tags but compromised quality. Upon completion of my shopping behavior reset, Tecaz has become my go to place for all applications due to the amazing range of products at unbelievable prices. Furthermore being able to speak to a real person is just icing on the cake. You only need to explain what you are looking for and what your are trying to achieve and they will bring the creative ideas and cost effective solutions. I am fortunate enough to be based in the realm of a number of Tecaz stores. I am like a kid in a candy store, looking forward to my next adventures and discoveries.

Tecaz have been great it was just a shame Britton's let them down with the quality of their products, but this was not an issue for Tecaz Stockton who have calmly addressed all issues and new deliveries are on their way.

Unfortunately couldn’t give less than one star. Don’t even deserve that. Awful customer service, if you can call it that, from the customer service manager in North Shields. Didn’t even get the courtesy of a response re a complaint to the finance director. Says it all about this company. Steer clear and go somewhere else.
The response from the individual at Tecaz doesn’t surprise me and typifies the generic response from them. If they took the time to read my review they would see it wasn’t about the actual issue I had, and believe me I could fill the page here with that issue, but it was about the customer service I received which was absolutely appalling and doesn’t warrant being classed under the term customer service. If this is indicative of how this company is run then as I said earlier my advice is to STEER WELL CLEAR! Go elsewhere. Tge customer service manager didn’t secure free of charge the item in question as that was secured under a manufacturers 25 year warranty despite what he says. And there was no response to my contact to the finance director, if the letter ever reached him. My original review score stands

We have gone to Tecaz for a number of years now, we have bought many many products from them, ranging from ceramic tiles, LVT Flooring, Full bathrooms to Kitchens, Shirley, Paul, Stephen & Graham have all been extremely helpful with all our needs, a very accommodating company. We purchased our WC and sink from the Pennywell Store. Sabrina and Tiegan were very helpful and sorted out our order by being efficient and knowing the product.

We recently Purchased a Bathroom Suite from the Stockton Branch. The excellent service provided by Lisa helped us with decision making and we would not hesitate in recommending a visit to their Showroom.

I’ve been shopping in Tecaz over the last 5 years and can’t fault their service. They go out of their way to help you every time, even when they are extremely busy!

The staff are very experienced and I recommend to Tecaz to everyone. Thanks Tecaz for making shopping with you easy!

Absolutely great service from Paul, the guy for being such a busy guy always finds time to help at Penny well store and Barry at Norham road is again full of advice and really helpful. See you guys again soon.

Terrible service especially from customer services after care apparently if things are damaged it’s subjective to each persons perception of damage even a scratch from one end door to another is not enough for complaint 🙈
As for waiting time and communication absolutely awful will never use them again , hopefully I will get last piece of my bathroom 5 months late !

I have been a loyal customer of Tecaz for the past 35 years. I was introduced to them through my Father and have used them continually since and have in turn introduced my own sons to them. Paul Dawson is exceptional in his services and always goes above and beyond for myself and all his customers. Paul always delivers outstanding customer service. If there is something not in stock he always ensures it is located without any questions, if there is anything wrong he will go out of his way to rectify it. I have introduced many people to Tecaz all of which have been over the moon with the level of service they have received and become return customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and Tecaz to anyone. Paul is absolutely faultless and I will be a customer for many years to come!

Dealt with Lisa for couple of bathrooms and she has been so helpful. She has always got us the best price and gives advice without being pushy.

Went to tecaz in north shields the other day wow what a choice.
Needed a new bathroom but didn't have a clue what to get and ended up speaking to 1 of the bosses called Gary
Showed me lots of options and I ended up getting everything I needed in the one store to do my whole bathroom would highly recommend this place if you carnt find it here u won't find it any where else thanks

Got lots of ridiculous prices from various companies for a full bathroom. Ended up going to North Sheilds showroom and spoke to someone called Barry who showed us around and advised us about the prices and the various different specifications of kit. I had the sizes and he worked out what would and wouldn't work, he then left us to discuss, no pressure at all. Great service and great kit by the way. Defo recommend.

ter a recommendation from our plumber we visited Tecaz Pennywell to purchase everything for a new build wet room. The whole team were excellent and offered us some great advice, Pauline was nothing short of amazing and now feels like part of the family! The choice of products in store and prices were excellent and the quality of everything we purchased is superb. Overall, an excellent experience – highly recommended.
