Just had a new kitchen supplied and fitted by Tecaz Stockton , the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Kev the sales man has years of experience and helped us on many thing with his suggestion’s which we hadn’t thought of. He was very patient and showed numerous designs.
Phil the kitchen fitter was outstanding, it’s been a long time since I have seen someone so dedicated to his trade. He literally went the extra mile to complete an excellent fitting. He is very trustworthy and nice man, who has a vast array of tools to do the job. I would recommend him to anyone.

After visiting 3 other kitchen suppliers locally we called into tecaz Stockton branch at short notice as they had supplied a fitted bedroom some years early which was excellent quality and still is. We were met by Vanessa who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, in turn she introduced us to Kev the design consultant and at very short notice answered all our questions and arrived at the very competitive price. After much thought we have decided to choose another reputable supplier but cannot praise the two employees of tecaz enough. we will definitely return in the near future when we decide to revamp our main bathroom.

We visited Tecaz North Shields showroom looking for ideas and inspiration to renovate our bathroom. We were very impressed by the wide choice of ranges and competitive prices. Their designer Elaine immediately understood the look we wanted to achieve and was possibly the most patient, helpful and knowledgeable person I have ever met, helping us put together the right spec and look we wanted for our budget. We left getting exactly what we wanted as well as advice about accessories and finishing touches that we sourced ourselves. Her bathroom fitting team have just installed it all and we are thrilled with the results. They were careful, diligent and friendly; and never complained once about bringing all the items and tools up the three flights of stairs to our flat..

Have visited Pennwell showroom couple of times and each time I have experienced an exceptional customer service from all members of staff that I dealt with . I purchased a bathroom from them on my third visit when I was ready and again could not recommend these people enough for there level of professionalism and great service, from the reception staff , designer and recommended fitters . Thank you and keep up the good work

Visited the store in North Shields today, on a winter morning with my mother in law looking for a bathroom suite. Elaine was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly. Order placed, very happy customers. Well done Elaine, I hope the company appreciate what an asset you are. Also to mention - every other member of staff was pleasant and welcoming.

5 star from star to finish. Elaine was friendly from the start with great ideas and could visual what we wanted from the start. Delivery on time and 100% correct. Fitting exceptional 2 lads never stopped, were extremely diligent in their work ensuring a top class finish.
Would strongly recommend to anyone.

North Shields branch, Muhammed was really patient when choosing our bathroom design and really helpful choosing colours and fittings that went well together. Couldn't fault his service! Delivery was quick and no issues there. Phil and the team have done an amazing job. Really friendly and professional. Clean and tidy too! Really happy with our new bathroom and would happily use Teacaz again.

Recently had a new bathroom fitted. The whole experience was great from start to finish.
Michael designed the bathroom and was extremely helpful, listened to what we wanted and gave advice. Computerised illustrations were provided so that we could visualise the end result.
The fitters, Phil and Norman, took the time and care to ensure everything was completed to an exceptional finish.

Teesside Branch. Have a fantastic kitchen. Kev who designed it is very patient and changed our design repeatedly to suit what we wanted. Mick the surveyor gave us some additional really good ideas that we took on board. Reason 4 stars is that needs more attention to quality control ie, stock check items are all present and correct before going out to the customer. However one person who has stood out and has done an absolutely remarkable job is the person on the ground who put it together. You can’t get better than the kitchen fitter Phil, he is the man to trust.

Went to Tecaz this morning to buy some more bathroom items. Lisa was really helpful again, remembered us from March when we bought our bathroom from Tecaz and helped with the rest of our items. Brilliant service Lisa, thank you

Superb service from start to finish, thankyou.
From first meeting Elaine, we knew we were in good hands, her knowledge, expertise and attention to detail were incredible. She helped us with the design of our new bathroom, choosing the correct size and style of fixtures and fittings, pointing us in the right direction. She had Phil to come and measure, perfect gentleman, also very helpful.
We then had Lee and Peter, the most incredible duo to do the fit! It hasn’t been easy for them (I’m sure!) they have been the most perfect people to have working in your home, professional, clean and tidy and always polite. They have been the best working team ever!
Thankyou to all involved in the design and fit of our beautiful bathroom, we’ll be forever grateful!

We went to Sunderland and had a consultation with David came and measured up for bathroom and shower room for us. He then designed what we needed. He was very good and help us picking out the correct goods we needed.
Everything was delivered on time.
We did return as we needed something else and were helped by Harry who was very knowledgeable about what we needed. It was all very reasonably priced.

Went to Tecaz at Portrack Lane to enquire about a new bathroom for my elderly parents who now have mobility issues and needed suitable replacement fixtures to help with this. Ie replace bath with shower etc.
We dealt with Michael who listened carefully to our needs and designed a new bathroom at a reasonable price. He quickly arranged a fitter and date for installation. Excellent service 👍
I’m pleased to say that the new bathroom is now in place and looking great. Chris the fitter was excellent.

My partner and I went to Portrack Lane store today and had a rough idea of what we wanted, we spoke to Paul and within 15 minutes we had already chosen a bathroom suite. It was so easy and there was no pressure or rush to decide, we are so happy with what we have ordered and Paul made it comfortable and a nice experience. He makes a nice cup of tea also !

Recently went to tecaz and needed to swap a sink. Karen and nadine went above and beyond to help us get the exact item.They were fantastic would highly recommend.

A fabulous experience finding & buying a bathroom suite at Tecaz, Norham Road, North Shields. Yes they do have a great selection of suites, showers, fitted furniture, tiles and accessories to choose from. But what made my experience first class was the associate/designer looking after me called Elaine. I was really impressed with her knowledge of stock in the showroom and in all of the brochures. She spent a lot of time helping me to decide what options might work best in my bathroom. I never once felt rushed or pressured. I returned home feeling sure I’d made the right choice and that everything I purchased was really good value for money! Can’t wait to see the end result and based on my experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tecaz to my family & friends. Thank you Elaine I’m confident my new bathroom is going to be stunning!

Just spent a the whole afternoon at Tecaz it was great because I was super excited to look for a new bathroom and Paul (from Tecaz Stockton) was really helpful, and made me a design plan based on 2 different designs (freestanding bath OR double ended bath with shower). My bathroom is only 3.38 sqm so it is super small so with with everything I was choosing I was being super picky on style and size but Paul did not try to rush me at any point, he made it fun, came round the store with me and even let me sit in the baths to see how they would feel. But I swear he is the "bathroom whisper" it's like he had listened to what I said and identified what I would like before.i had even seen it. He gave me an idea of a shower panel that would folded , but me not knowing which way it folded presumed it folded outwards and would serve no purpose and I said no to it. But when I saw what it did later the way it folded inside itself for when yous not using it , I loved it makes the bathroom look bigger so I had to eat my words. I loved it. So yeah he definitely is the bathroom whisperer. Tecaz is definitely better than b&q or Wickes etc for bathrooms as you can physically see the different items on the shop floor so you can see their quality , thickness/ slimness, shape etc so it is a lot better than picking out of a brochure cos b&q and wicks don't have all the items on the shop floor. And not only is the price good but they take deposits rather than taking all the money upfront. Very happy with my service here at Tecaz Stockton with Paul , thank you.

Elaine at tecaz North Shields has been amazing after having a disaster from a previous bathroom company and being left with no bathroom Elaine made sure to help and put my mind at ease every step of the way. She was fab helping me choose the design of the bathroom and it really does look unreal I can’t thank and her enough. Would 100% recommend her. The fitters were canny lads and have done a fantastic job with little or no mess throughout the fit. Thank you so much.

I had been looking for months and had a few companies out and unfortunately couldn’t afford the quotations I was getting.

I went to tecaz with my sizes, made an appointment to see Elaine the designer as she wanted to come out measure up properly.
I went back into showroom and had full design appointment as I hadn’t had such a thorougher service at other companies I was thinking this is going to be out of my price range.
The attention to detail, her product knowledge is second to non, and I’d been through the full process with 4 other companies the service didn’t compare.
Elaine come up with a package for me for my budget. The installation team don’t work for tecaz but work along side Elaine making my full install go so smoothly, I’ve got a walk in shower room that totally exceeds my expectations.
Planned, designed, supplied all done.
If you’re in the same boat as me, give Elaine at the North Shields branch a call, she’s been out to two of my neighbours after seeing mine.
