first time buyer on this site. Great experience

Very fast dispatch of my cctv cameras, unfortunately I needed to send them back due to a fault. I sent an email to the returns team and started the process. They organised a pickup that came a day early so had to come back the next day. When I emailed to say I would like a refund instead of a replacement for the items I had no reply stating that they had received the email and if that was ok. I tried ringing the company which just rings and rings until an answer message kicks in asking to leave a message and they will get back to you. I left 2 messages in total and nobody ever got back to me. I eventually found another number . for the tech support side which eventually was answered after a few goes. That gentleman was helpful and checked to say the returns department had seen my refund request and would deal with it within 2 weeks. So be prepared to chase them if you want any information on what's happening.

This is the first time I have ordered from tekshop247. I chose them because the price was low and they are the only UK supplier I could find.

I placed my order on Friday and it arrived on Monday morning, I was pleasantly pleased. The packaging was exemplary.

I am sure tekshop247 will be receiving more orders in the near future.

On receiving the items
I could not get the monitor to work. When I emailed the support I was told that they couldn’t give me any product advice. I replied to ask
If I could send the item back
For a refund. I was ignored and never received a reply
Thankfully i got the item working. Poor customer service.

Found it difficult to track the order. However all was fine when it did arrive

There is no mention of used/second-hand/refurbished in the title or description, and photos show brand new item. Even their invoice and email confirmations do not mention anything about condition of the item. So I ended up purchasing an item through google search (with "new" filter on) as new as I had no reason to believe I am purchasing a second-hand item, and received a second-hand which was also faulty and different variation of model to the advertised.

So complained within 3 days and provided proof, but instead of receiving an apology and return label, I was blamed for all sort of things, including of course missing the condition=refurbished that presumably was displayed on the page, and told I can return at my cost, but they will do their own testing and if they think the item is not faulty it will be return to me, again at my cost. This is despite of requesting a return within 3 days, receiving a wrong model and a faulty item!

Nevertheless, I returned the item to the given address, courier is now saying address is wrong and I have to pay again for it to be returned to me!

I have not received any responses to my last few emails.

You decide if this company is built on what and run by what sort of people. I will take them to county court so they can learn how things are actually run.

First time for me with this company but went with them because the price was right. I took a copy of the online confirmation of the order that turned out to be the only 'paperwork' I have to show I actually placed an order with them and my bank account being debited with the cost of the item. I therefore had a nervous few days wondering if I had been duped but then the goods arrived. I know it can be a real pain sometimes how many emails are received either from supplier or delivery firm but it would have been nice to have received just one. In case you are wondering I did give then my correct email address as I received a communication asking me to share my experience about them on Trustpilot. Now I know their shortcoming (well I think it is) I would use them again.

Arrived well packed and very quickly. Laptop bag is attractive ,well made, and excellent value for money. Very pleased !

Fast delivery. The only flaw was that I haven't received the invoice from their email.

I ordered a new charger for my laptop. It came brand new within two days of ordering.

constructive feedback: be good if there was a link to the delivery tracking (or mayber there is already, and I just could not find it). as I had a few parcels out for delivery with DHL, including this, and was not sure which was which.

Product delivered super quick even without the express delivery. Website easy to use and execute purchases.

Placed order, saving £60 + on other sites, a little worried due to some negative reviews, but I needn't have been concerned. Fast despatch and delivery and exactly as ordered, brilliant.
