Purchased a brand new cylinder with installation, once installed the hot water tempatature in my shower dropped, originally Cylinder Maintenance Services Teleford said they would come and inspect, then they said I would have to pay for this service even though;

a) I had just paid for the brand new cylinder installation
b) The shower worked fine previously
c) They initially agreed to inspect it for free
d) I had spent nearly £2,000 with them on the new cylinder and installation.

I did not ask them to fix something they did not cause, just to see if the new cylinder and/or it's installation was the issue.

Very disappointing.

I bought a faulty cylinder from this company a welded joint started leaking they wouldn't believe they were at fault it cost me an extra days work installing a replacement cylinder they refused to pay for my labour and never offered any compensation to my elderly customers for being without hot water till a replacement cylinder arrived I would definitely get something in writing before purchasing from this FAMILY RUN COMPANY

I ordered a Telford Tank through a partner company of theirs (heatandPlumb, see separate review) and was let down badly by them. I called Telford Group and was put in touch with their customer service team.

Not expecting a great deal my hopes were not high, but I was treated like the most important customer there was and the lady I was talking to managed to create a miracle. She was able to get my tank delivered the next day when HeatandPlumb would not even recognise there was a problem.

The amazing thing was that the company (Management and Manufacturing) all backed up her promise to me and rescued a very tight schedule. This company should win every customer service award there is.
