I discovered this web site through Brad's Deals. I ordered two things. The first thing arrived 2 weeks after the order. The second item is still out and it has been nearly a month. There is no place on the app to contact customer service; it does not exist. The transportation company just indicates that it is transit. It is coming from the US! There is no place on this app to get customer service, either. Also, after using this app, my credit card was compromised and had to be replaced.

I ordered two different items. Both arrived in open packaging. One had missing parts. The other was COMPLETELY destroyed! Never again!

Bailey was able to help reverse a shipping charge for an item that was flagged for free shipping. Bailey responded to my email within minutes! Reversed the charge on the order immediately. Amazing customer service support. A real person not a bot and seamlessly took action to help!

I am not techy and could not for the life of me get my led face mask to work but when i reached out and asked for a return authorization I heard back within 10 hours & they made it very easy to resolve my issue. Thank you-I wont be afraid to buy from this vendor.

I had previously gotten an item with no problem. But, totally different today. I selected to buy 2 items for $9.99 each+4.99 shipping. After putting in my credit card, purchase completed…..showing $54.95 charge on my card. It was NOT easy to cancel. And you better NAVIGATE QUICKLY !!
It then tells you you have 30 minutes to cancel order. So you better read & research quickly at that time!!!! 😡

Horrible customer service. I ordered an item almost a month ago and it still hasn't shipped to even near my location. When I complained to Bailey in Customer Support, she refused to escalate my concerns and would not give me a refund. The worst online business to buy from is That Daily Deal.

I had an issue with an order. Customer Service is terrific!! They are friendly and very helpful. Even when I was a bit stressed they helped tremendously! I've been a customer for many years and intend to continue. Such a wonderful company with wonderful employees ❤️

They always have great products at excellent prices. I look up the price of items on Amazon before I buy and they are always at least half off of that. When I’m not satisfied with the product, I just email and they respond within a week and make it right. Great company.

That Daily Deal is 100% legit. They have Wednesday and Saturday YouTube videos you can watch, and win prizes, and I have won 4 times! Their products are great, with no obligation to buy anything to win. They're a great company, with great ppl running the biz. All of the products I've bought, are very good, n good ship time. They also have an app now, and you can sign up for text, which both shows great, cheap, not cheaply made, products. I would recommend joining their text list, watch the vids, and dl the app. I promise you won't regret it!

I am afraid to admit that I spend way too much money on this site. The deals are incredible and so many various products. They are quick to respond to email and will refund products that don't work, like the massager I purchased. Refunded, no questions asked and shipping included. Great customer service and great deals!
