Transaction was a mess from day one. First, they always take payment, in full, before anything else. Weeks went by with no movement or accountability. After 4 weeks a refund was given but then retracted from my bank card. I am involving PayPal because I get NO explanation from this "Tennessee Temu". Beware of this company!!!!

I have been ordering from TDD for multiple years now. I've always had a good experience. Tons of great deals. Even if an issue with your order arises, their customer service will rectify the issue very efficiently. I am beyond impressed and will continue purchasing from TDD!

I have been ordering from this company for 3-4 years now. They get posted on Brads Deals a lot which makes their prices even cheaper! I did have an issue once with a previous order but they made it 100% right no issue at all!! I love the deals and will continue to shop there

I love this company! Orders are always in a timely manner. Customer support is outstanding! I recently received a package that was damaged in shipping by the postal service. Melissa at That Daily Deal immediately rectified the situation. I will continue to do business with them! Great company!

There customer service is awesome, I mistakenly made two orders and contacted them about the double order. They were able to correct the issue for me.

One order as expected. Good price. Another one was charged twice, canceled and reimbursed once. So one charge without purchasing anything.

Made an order on 08/28/2026. Emailed the company on 09/15/2026?that I have not received my order. Company respond by say it was delivered and advice me to check neighbors and surrounding areas. Also to make a complaint with the post office. I feel I shouldn’t have to do that. They should check with their people if it was actually delivered. Post a picture or something. I made another purchase but that will be my last. I will not order from them again. Poor Customer service. I am requesting a refund

I love this company. They have all sorts of great deals and post fun and original videos reviewing the items. The customer service (when needed- for example, if an item is damaged during shipping) is very fast and friendly. I've always been pleased with the products. Be aware it's a little bit of a crapshoot when items will ship, so don't expect your item to arrive right away. When it does, though, you'll get tracking info. I have ordered dozens (I think) of products from TDD over the last year or two, and the business itself continues to grow and get better.

Buyer beware...I purchased qty 3 of a promotional item. When I received the delivery, all three items were different sizes (not noted on the site and paid the same price). Then when I opened the items, one of the products was missing all together, just the case. I reached out to see how to handle and either get product reshipped or refund. No answer for a few weeks. Then I followed up, they responded saying they were looking into it. But I never heard back and have followed up a few times since then. It has been over a month and I just assume I'm out the money. Don't waste your time or money. Plenty of other discount websites out there.

This app is easy to use and one upgrade improved navigation to go back to an item I may have missed by scrolling too fast. There are interesting deals I would not think of for myself. Sometimes I see something that would be good for spouse sibling.kids or.gramd.kids. I enjoy the staff fun environment for live and video bits.

Ordered a cookbook - downloadable for less than $5.00. They have now tried to charge my credit card several days in a row for different amounts $39.95,$29.95,$19.95 etc. thank goodness my bank flagged them immediately!

Customer service was a big help took care of a defective problem immediately.Didn't even have to give it a second thought way to go....that daily deal!!!

The customer service is outstanding. I had no information on my order from Brad's deals and traced it down to That Daily Deal. Customer service gave me my order number and told me the inventory status and when it would ship.... Then they emailed me the link to track my order once it did ship. If only more companies would have this kinda follow through this world would be a more pleasant place to exist.

The product prices are very reasonable, and the quality met my expectations. Shipping does take a while, and the tracking through Cirro isn’t always updated, so it can be hard to tell where your package is. I had one item missing from my order, so I emailed customer service. They replied promptly, asked for a photo of what I received, and once they confirmed the missing item, they issued a refund right away. Reliable service and a quick resolution despite the slower shipping and tracking issues.

"Stay away from this company! They created a shipping label immediately after I placed the order, but there was zero tracking movement for 10 days. When I requested a cancellation, it took them 3 days to respond just to confirm they cannot cancel it. Communication is terrible. Later, when the order was delivered back to them via RMA, they claimed they never received it—even though the tracking clearly shows it was delivered a week ago. This looks like a total scam."

I did not receive orders I was told I had no orders I explained I show payment for said orders I searched to find my orders on their app found them sent screenshots then told I dont get order. I requested refund got that but received sarcastic email response call customer service left 4 messages never a call back....If it was once ok but this is 2nd time. They do not care about customers its a warehouse mill they dont even actually have the products they purchase as the orders come in and the customer gets no service or respect...

I recently found this business, and have ordered products from them a few times. Prices are phenomenal, products are quality, and service is excellent. My experience has been 5-star thus far!

I received my order of 4 blue tooth speakers from That daily Deal in a plastic bag 5 days ago. All the boxes the items were in were crushed. I sent That Daily Deal an email with a photo of the damaged items and I have left 3 voicemail messages (since a call goes immediately to voicemail) and have NOT received any response. If the items had been properly shipped in a cardboard box this could have been prevented. I plan to contact my credit card company to cancel payment and I will not order from this company in the future. BUYER BEWARE!
