Frame arrived damaged and poster wasn't what I expected, this was very swiftly dealt with, with new poster made and sent. Brilliant swift and polite customer service , will definitely use again . Happy with new poster .

I’ve ordered a couple f mugs from That Gig and I’ve been very pleased with the quality . This time however , they excelled themselves . I ordered a mug and forgot to say the gig on the order. I sent a follow up email to clarify and hoped for the best , and they nailed it. My mug arrived today for my first ever Iron Maiden gig in 1983! Highly recommend this company - Bravo!

Ordered the oasis poster and mug, speedy service and good communication. Products were great quality would use again.

I placed a order for 3 gig posters back in the middle of June, it said it was dispatched pretty quickly but didn't turn up. Evri's tracking updated to say that they had the parcel but it never arrived. On 1st July, I spoke to That Gig and they confirmed that Evri have lost the parcel and another would be dispatched. I have not had any more details since, no tracking update or anything. I have tried to contact the firm multiple times by email and their online chat and had nothing back! I can't call them and can no other way to contact them or get my money back. All I want is the products I have ordered!

*Update*

So I have now received the products I ordered, after speaking to customer services online, they were re-despatched on 15th July (4ish weeks later than the original lost Evri order). They did turn up well packaged and also by Royal Mail which in my area is a bonus as they are much better. A late present but at least here. Also had more contact from them on 27th July asking if they have arrived. Better communication now.

Wanted custom gig poster from recent event I attended, the communication was great and they were more than happy to assist with the specifics within my request. Proof of concept sent for approval before product made and dispatched so I was able to ensure item would be correct as I wanted before it arrived. Good quality… overall great service and highly recommend.

The details on the mug were fine; however the wrong date was printed on it! It should have read; June 4th 2025, not June 7th for the Springsteen gig!!

Great selection of posters and they helped me out in making sure my Father's Day gift was delivered on time. Would definitely use them again.

Gig setlist mug ordered as a gift, it arrived within time specified, good packaging, good condition - recipient very happy especially as some thought had gone into the design & not just a bog standard white mug with text! Happy, would use again & recommend.

There were a few issues but the guys at That Gig went above and beyond to rectify them at no additional cost. Would definitely recommend for finding the perfect setlist poster 👌

We initially had a slight problem with the printing on a set list mug.
However, this was quickly resolved and a replacement was sent.
Very pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend this company
