Item arrived well packaged, on time and items were as detailed.

That Gig were great. I purchased 2 posters for a Pearl jam gig I went to with my son last year and instead of the band photo the guys kindly popped in a selfie we took on the day. The item came very well packed and a quick turnaround. I went back a few days later and purchased again for my nephews first gig last year to greenday. Couldn't recommend the guys more. Will definitely be back!

A great idea and a great product

No issues with my order. Arrived well pacakged and super fast even without next day shipping - it took arou d 3 days from ordering to delivery. Loved them all! I got a Setlist Poster, Mug and Album cover and opted for the framed version. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the product and, having had an issue with delivery, was very happy with the customer service I received to resolve this. It was nice to see they were invested in the customer and made every effort to resolve and learn from a slight hiccup. Thank you. I would definitely recommend.

My issue has not been resolved

I had initially given a low scoring review due to an issue with the set list recieved however this has promptly been resolved and reissued so am happy with the resolution and the final product. Good communication from the business once the issue had been logged.

Great product, I legit LOVE it! So cool. I'm in the US and it took a little longer due to int'l shipping. Still arrived quicker than I anticipated. Well packaged and intact. 100% recommend.

Gift for my hubby’s “big” birthday - he loves Fish and that will probably be the last time we see him live.

Great product and service

Easy to order, I was kept updated re my order. It arrived promptly and well packaged. Very happy with my purchase and I would use this company again.

In my honest opinion, the product was of poor quality. I have purchased a similar item with another company, and the overall quality and presentation was so much better, and at a far lower cost.

First order made on the 14th Jan turned up on 20th Jan broken and faulty (blurry printing on mug & broken poster frame).

Replacement was agreed very promptly on 21 Jan but it took a few email prompts from me until That Gig despatched replacement items 4 days later on the 24th Jan.

“Next day delivery” (not necessarily the fault of That Gig) was very slow taking a further 7 days arriving on the 30th Jan so we missed the birthday date for the intended gift.

Total time from order to receipt of replacement was 17 days.

We’re happy with the final product but it involved a lot of unnecessary faff.

I ordered a print of a set list and frame and the print arrived with the wrong day on it. The company were very good about sending out a replacement print but when I opened up the frame to replace I realised that the frame was damaged and was very bad quality, I contacted the company again but heard nothing back and have had to buy a separate frame as it was a gift for a friend. I don’t think I’d use this company again unfortunately.

I ordered a cup from a concert we’d been to that wasn’t on the website. I filled in form for one to be made and it came within the week. Very impressed

Replacement for one I broke easy to order

I ordered 3 custom print album covers for my son for Christmas. The quality is fabulous, The detail is superb even though I chose mainly dark prints the images really stand out.
I ordered quite late before Christmas but, That Gig made sure my son wasn't disappointed. He is, in fact delighted.
Will return for a setlist mug after his first Tyler the Creator gig in May.
