An easy to negotiate website and a straightforward transaction. A remarkable discount on the jacket I bought from them. The item was dispatched immediately and I was able to track its progress up to its delivery exactly on time. What's not to like?

Great communications overall
Great communications overall - helpful, friendly and kept updated.
One star removed as the adapter plug was broken and bell missing. One handlebar was also marked in way that was due to a fall. Not that it bothered me, more that it wasn't mentioned. The replacement adapter needed to attached in a way that needed instructions so would have appreciated.
Over all a good experience.
